They asked me for 100$ for a security bond that should've been reimbursed in 2-3 days as much, I did the claim and nothing, it's been almost 2 weeks and I'm still waiting, that kind of attitude it's not nice at all honestly

Pros:

The location is incredible, value for money is fantastic. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Will continue to stay here whenever we're in Melbourne

I did slip in the tub, it was mostly my fault but it wasn't close to where the hand rail was so I injured my back a little bit.

value for money location was good.
Pros:

Easy access, good parking, good location & great value for money.
Bed was comfy & comfortable.

Cons:

Heating could have been put on prior arrival; the room was freezing when we arrived.
It appeared and old AC old took quite some time to warm room and it was rather Noisy.
TV in room was tiny link a computer monitor.

A deeply disappointing experience that left us out of pocket, distressed, and unable to complete our stay due to a serio

The location was convenient, and the check-in process was straightforward.

Cons:

Our stay was cut short after we discovered what appeared to be bed bugs in Room 214. We took photos and videos, contacted the after-hours emergency service, and received no response. We had to leave at 3:00 am, book another hotel at our own expense, and immediately wash and dry all of our clothes to minimise the risk of bringing pests home. No response from after hours manager and no assistance and urgency from the property made an already stressful situation much worse.
