Room wasn't clean, Bath was dirty, wasn't enough cutlery for 2 adults to have a meal or coffee cups,no milk supplied.

My room 213 needs a good clean. Get out all the dust, cobweds and poor paint work. Bed, toilet and shower clean but everything else needs cleaning. Bubdget accomadation but a better standard of cleanliness is requited. Would I stay again, maybe not.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the room I stayed in on 21 March , which I had originally booked for two nights. However, due to the condition of the room, I was unable to continue my stay.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The window was left wide open without a secure lock, and the furniture was covered in dust. This made the room feel unsafe and unsuitable for an overnight stay.
I immediately requested to be moved to a safer room; however, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked. As a result, I had to remain in the room and stayed awake for much of the night due to safety concerns, particularly the risk of someone entering through the unsecured window. I eventually checked out at 8:00 AM once it was fully daylight, as I did not feel safe staying any longer.
I raised this issue with the hotel staff and Booking.com.au during my stay, but no resolution was provided.
Given the seriousness of this matter, I request a prompt response and appropriate action. If this issue is not addressed satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities.
I won't be recommend anyone to book via booking online anymore.
