Was mouldy rooms the locks had all been broken couldn't lock the door the window was broken the room was full of mouse poo there was human waste in the bathroom when we checked in there was cum on the bed the bed was full of hair and rubbish several months of dust build up the glass wardrobe doors where broken I cut my hand trying to open it and it just was of the rollers the management was rude they refused to do anything we had to spend one night there then we checked out don't waste your money and the pictures on here are atleast 5 to 10 years old.

Good for one night close to hospital
Pros:

Wife was in hospital and motel was close and easy to get to. Potty the pub down the road wasn’t open. Stairs on bath great

Cons:

All good for me but had to step into bath for shower needed a seperate shower

Very, very basic. The leather couch was peeling off. No housekeeping. Loud noises overnight. Minimal kitchen facilities. It was cheap so that’s understandable

They asked me for 100$ security bond that should be returned the same day of check out or 2-3 days as much, it's been 2 weeks and they didn't returners my money yet, I already did the claim and nothing, that kind of attitude are not nice at all honestly

The location is incredible, value for money is fantastic. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Will continue to stay here whenever we're in Melbourne

I did slip in the tub, it was mostly my fault but it wasn't close to where the hand rail was so I injured my back a little bit.

value for money location was good.
Pros:

Easy access, good parking, good location & great value for money.
Bed was comfy & comfortable.

Cons:

Heating could have been put on prior arrival; the room was freezing when we arrived.
It appeared and old AC old took quite some time to warm room and it was rather Noisy.
TV in room was tiny link a computer monitor.
