Pros:

Cons:

Wenn es sehr voll ist, dann ist der Frühstücksraum zu klein.
Ein Kaffeeautomat, der außerhalb des Frühstückes zur Verfügung steht, wäre wünschenswert

Hat soweit alles gepasst! Es war alles sauber und das Personal freundlich

Cons:

Der Zugang von der Tiefgarage zum Hotel war ein bisschen schwierig (Türen verschlossen, Code hat nicht funktioniert). Dies war sicherlich dem geschuldet, dass ich erst spät angereist bin.

Frühstück war ausreichend. Zimmer waren nicht sonderlich, aber sauber.

Cons:

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe unterwegs und bei den letzten Zimmerkontrollen um 08:00 Uhr (Checkout ist um 12:00 Uhr) schlief eine fremde Dame vom Personal in unserem Bett. Auf Nachfrage beim Hotel wäre das ja nicht schlimm, weil es ihr eben nicht gut gehen würde und kein anderes Zimmer frei wäre (unseres war ja auch nicht frei, sondern nur zu der Zeit nicht belegt). Am Abend davor gingen wir noch an die Bar für ein paar Getränke. Bei der dritten Runde meinte die Dame, dass sie uns jetzt nichts mehr geben kann, weil sie krank sei. Also die ersten zwei Runden war sie noch nicht zu krank, aber bei der dritten schon. Am Schlimmsten fand ich aber in beiden Fällen die Reaktion des Ansprechpersonals, da wir laut ihnen einfach zu wenig Verständnis für krankes Personal hätten.
