Anniversaire a Séville
Pros:

Nous pensions ma femme est moi avoir un grand lit car j'avais stipulé que nous venions pour son anniversaire ! Quelle fut pas ma surprise lorsque j'ai vu la chambre avec 2 lit cote a cote ! Nous sommes retourné a la réception pour demander une chambre avec un grand lit. On nous a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre libre pour le moment...15 mn après coup de téléphone de Antonio de la réception qui nous avait trouvé une suite avec un grand lit. Nous remercions tout le personnel de l'hôtel pour leur gentillesse. Un grand merci également a José Manuel de la piscine un garçon très gentil. L'hôtel est magnifique très propre et idéalement situé 15 mn de marche du centre ville. Nous reviendrons sûrement dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

Rien....peut être la salle du restaurant qui est petite...

A great place for a short stay in Sevilla!
Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff, which is always important to us. Clean facilities and rooms. Easy walking distance to restaurants and places we wanted to see.

Im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert für einen Städtetrip nach Sevilla. Zu Fuß ca. 15min zur Kathedrale.
Pros:

Zurückversetzt von der Straße und deshalb sehr ruhig. Allerdings hatten wir auch ein Zimmer mit Fenster zu einem Lichtschacht. Hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir ja eh nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer waren.

In der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage kann man sein Auto zu 21€/Nacht parken.

Schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bar.

Cons:

Dachterrasse erst ab 12:30 geöffnet. D.h. Vormittags kann der Pool nicht genützt werden.

Für die Menge an Gästen ist der Frühstücksbereich viel zu klein bemessen und dementsprechend trubelig und ungemütlich während des Frühstücks.

Keine Leselampe am Bett.

Nach unserer Buchung bekamen wir mehrere Male Phishing Emails mit Absender aus Südamerika. Offensichtlich gab oder gibt es an irgendeiner Stelle ein Datenleck über das unsere Buchungsdaten abgeflossen sind. Nach Rücksprache mit einem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sei das Problem bekannt, da sich wohl zahlreiche Gäste darüber beschwert haben. Über die Kontaktmöglichkeit der Booking.com app habe ich das Thema sowohl an Booking.com als auch an das Hotel gemeldet. Vom Hotel bekam ich zumindest die Antwort dass die Phishing Mail nicht vom Hotel stammt. Von Seiten Booking.com würde ich mir wünschen dass sie sich das Thema genauer anschauen.
