La mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata purtroppo molto negativa.

La colazione non è stata soddisfacente: ho notato la presenza di prodotti scaduti e ho dovuto segnalarlo al personale affinché venissero sostituiti. Inoltre, il servizio al bar è stato poco attento, con personale spesso distratto e al telefono, fino ad arrivare al rifiuto di servire un caffè a un altro cliente, invitandolo a prenderlo da solo.

Un’altra grave problematica riguarda il parcheggio: mi è stato richiesto di lasciare la chiave dell’auto alla reception. Ho poi scoperto che il veicolo era stato spostato senza alcun avviso o consenso da parte mia. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni, la risposta del personale è stata arrogante, sostenendo che la gestione delle auto fosse completamente a loro discrezione. La situazione è peggiorata ulteriormente quando un addetto al parcheggio si è rivolto a me in modo aggressivo e minaccioso.

Nel complesso, il comportamento del personale e la gestione dei servizi non sono stati all’altezza delle aspettative. L’esperienza è stata deludente e non tornerei in questa struttura.

Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft, sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichlich, von allem was da.
Bis zur Stadt braucht man hier gut 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Weg führt über etwa 200 Treppenstufen. Hier bietet das Hotel aber einen Shuttle-Service um in die Stadt zu gelangen.

Pros:

Le rapport qualité prix pour un 4 étoiles petit déjeuner + parking fermé inclus est imbattable.

Cons:

CATASTROPHIQUE, il ni a pas d'autre mot pour ce rendre à cette hôtel, tellement la route est dangereuse, pleine de trous, en pavés et surtout TRES ETROITE, mais le retour est encore pire que l'aller.
Il est impossible de recommander cette hôtel malgré la vue sur les hauteurs de Naples tellement son accès est CATASTROPHIQUE.
La chambre était grande, mais n'a rien a voir avec la photo du site, la notre au rdch était plutôt vieillotte, et aucune chaine française à la TV
Je vous passe même le détail des avions qui passent au dessus de l'hôtel puisque celui ci se situe très proche de l'aéroport.

The hotel is at the top of a hill with nice gardens and good views of Naples

Cons:

It’s a long 20/25 minute walk to public transport (bus), it’s hard to buy tickets because the shop where you get them from closes early in the evening also they’re not very reliable one day it did not run at all

Готель з дуже застарілим ремонтом і сантехнікою, неприємний запах, номер на мінус першому поверсі, гул від злітаючих літаків, поганий сніданок
