Wir haben uns sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt; eine der besten Hoteladressen in Düsseldorf!
Pros:

Ein rundherum schöner Aufenthalt im Steigenberger! Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen und das exzellente Frühstück in schönem Ambiente sind mir besonders in Erinnerung!

Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I paid a lot of money for my room, and it was so small. No view from the window at all. The desk was tiny. I could hardly fit my laptop on it. Breakfast was very ordinary. I expected much better from a hotel of this level.

Mini Zimmer für einen horenden Preis. Im
angeblichen Doppelzimmer 🙈 nur 1 Weinglas und 1 Bierglas und 1 Wasserglas. Die Minibar wurde währen des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht aufgefüllt. Ist das 5 Sterne?
