Velké zklamání
Pros:

Velmi příjemné přivítání personálem při příjezdu, pomoc s kufry a parkováním vozu. Check-in standard. Snídaně obvyklý průměr, často u vstupu není komu sdělit číslo pokoje, nikdo vás neusadí. Vynikající poloha v samém centru města. Čistota pokojů, velmi dobrý úklid. Parkování.

Cons:

Pokoj Grand Deluxe skýtal výhled do nevzhledného dvora. Před okny byly částečně spuštěny rolety, které nebylo možné zvednout, ovládání nefungovalo. U ruční sprchy trvalo min. 2 minuty, než začala téct teplá voda. Při sprchování docházelo k neustálým změnám teploty vody, od velmi studené po horkou. Sprcha nad hlavou je zarostlá vodním kamenem. U postele není el. zásuvka. Strop ve vstupu je částečně odkrytý. Na recepci není možné se dovolat vnitřním telefonem. Nechal jsem jej zvonit 2x po 10 minutách, nikdo jej nezvedal. Při osobní návštěvě recepce při check-outu mi recepční řekl, že nemá čas zvedat telefon. Na moje poznámky o nefunkčních věcech mi sdělil, že si mám písemně stěžovat. Na odnesení kufrů jsem čekal skoro hodinu, nikoho není možné se dovolat. Navštívil jsem tento hotel vícekrát, ovšem takovéto katastrofální zhoršení služeb jsem nečekal.
