Everything, from the quality of the rooms that look newly refurbished, to the exterior blinds in them, the pillows and then after such a good night's sleep, a fabulous breakfast. Such lovely staff too.

Lovely hotel and great location, just check invoice on leaving.
Pros:

Great room, loads of space, spotless and really comfortable. Conveniently located near to the old town and shopping area.

Cons:

We decided not to have breakfast included in the booking and repeated that when asked on check in. However, they still charged us both for 2 days (c. £130 so not to be sniffed at) which took a few messages and a complaint to Booking.com before we got a refund. So unlike us, check your invoice before you're in a taxi to the airport.

Zimmer mit Upgrade war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Exzellent.
