Pros:

Nous avons déjà séjourné dans l’hôtel et apprécions sa localisation. La piscine et les bains jacuzzi sont agréables.

Cons:

En revanche, nous sommes déçu par les chambres qui ne reflètent pas la qualité d’un quatre étoiles. Nous étions à l’arrière du bâtiment, le sol en carrelage, et la qualité moyenne des équipements de la salle de bain.

Non potevo fare scelta migliore!
Pros:

Hotel situato nel palazzo storico dell'istituto Pasteur, nella zona del Pharo anticamente dedicata alla università di Medicina. Tutto perfetto, piacevole, arredamento contemporaneo con opere d'arte, personale di reception professionale e sorridente. Piccole coccole di attenzione al cliente che fanno la differenza: bottiglie d'acqua quotidiane in camera e distributore con acqua e agrumi alla reception. Teli per la piscina, ciabatte, accappatoi e set di cortesia. Prodotti Occitane alla verbena graditissimi. Molto bella l'area bar e relax e la piscina, con sauna e botti idromassaggio.
Stanze silenziosissime, una volta chiuse le finestre non c'era un rumore.
Letti comodissimi, biancheria di eccellente qualità. Eccellente anche la pulizia delle camere e di tutto l'hotel.
Il bus 83 ha la fermata proprio davanti e vi porta lungo tutto il Vieux Port fino al Mucem e oltre, oppure lungo la Corniche. Il bus 82S arriva fino in stazione St.Charles.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, niente di cui lamentarsi. Avrei gradito un appendiabiti da parete in camera (c'era solo in bagno sulla porta). Mi ha un po' infastidita la richiesta di una cauzione di 100 euro a notte perché il soggiorno era stato già pagato con Booking. Ma nulla di che.

Il manquait un sèche-cheveux dans la chambre, mais le personnel a fait le nécessaire 👍🏻

Très bien pour une visite de Marseille à l'écart du bruit, mais proche à pied.
Pros:

Chambre moderne qui semble neuve, bonne isolation acoustique. Belle terrasse avec piscine, 2 bains nordiques. L'emplacement aussi entre le vieux port et la plage des Catalans, facilement accessible à pied.

Pros:

It’s attractive, well managed and the third time I have been there.

Cons:

The only glitch was about the poolside where we get towels being used to reserve loungers, but no sign of the person. Perhaps a note that unless there are personal belongings a towel doesn’t count as a reservation to exclude others. On request staff removed towels that had been left.

Juste waouhhh !!
Pros:

Un séjour exceptionnel !! l'hôtel est juste magnifique, design, zen avec un accueil top.
Les petits déjeuners au bord de la piscine sont très bien et pour tous les goûts.
Les chambres, le cadre, la propreté la gentillesse du personnel.
Je recommande vraiment cet établissement. D'ailleurs, j'y retourne à chaque fois que je viens à Marseille.

Cons:

Que les gens réservent les transats sans être là !!
Mais cela n'est pas de la responsabilité de l'hôtel mais c'est juste du savoir vivre qui tend à se perdre actuellement.
