Pros:

Le personnel était extrêmement gentil, toujours à l’écoute et disponible pour répondre à nos attentes et à nos questions. Il a également su compenser avec beaucoup de professionnalisme le temps d’attente que nous avons eu avant de pouvoir accéder à notre chambre.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est que le choix des plats est assez limité. En revanche, tout ce qui est proposé est excellent.

Handtücher am Pool, täglich frisches Wasser und Kaffee im Zimmer, großer Balkon

Cons:

Unfreundlichkeit, wenig Englisch (obwohl Hotel!!), Reinigung Zimmer (fremde Zahnbürste unterm Bett), Safe defekt (erst nach drei Tagen mit mehrmaliger Ansage repariert und resetet), Reinigung Zimmer erst 17Uhr, Frühstücksraum schmutzig und klebrige Tische, Besteck sah immer schon benutzt aus, viele Firmenveranstaltungen (und damit voll und Personal hat diese mehr beachtet inklusive frischen Frühstückssachen als die eigenen Gäste), sehr teure Getränke (Aperol 13€).

Dazu ist Marseille eine der furchtbarsten und schmutzigsten Städte, die wir jemals erlebt haben.
