I recently stayed at this incredible hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the exact moment I arrived, the service was absolutely world-class. The front desk staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and made the check-in process seamless and effortless.The room was stunning, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep, and the attention to detail in the housekeeping was flawless.
The breakfast buffet offered a spectacular variety of fresh, delicious options, and the service at the restaurant was attentive without being intrusive. Every single staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable.The perfect location, combined with top-tier amenities and exceptional hospitality, makes this hotel a true gem.

View, room, breakfast
We stayed in the family room and although a little dated it had everything we needed and was perfect for us. The Seaview was superb.
The WiFi was sporadic, it wasnt great in our room.
Location and pool. It was clean and modern (at least in our updated room). Staff was super nice! Pasquale was great. Breakfast was fabulous on the rooftop and the pool was nice for a dip. They even had music on the rooftop one evening.
I didn’t like that you were charged to use the beach at least the chairs on the beach. I thought it was expensive and most of the chairs were empty, even though the hotel was expensive and should’ve been included as part of the fees. They also charged deposits for towels and an extra card key which I thought was a little excessive. The beds were super hard. The pillows were fine enough and it was loud from the street, which was annoying we asked and paid for a sea view and we were on the first floor so it wasn’t much of a view blocked by the trees and still got the noise of the street. Also you were not allowed to bring outside food to the pool which was a little crazy because the prices at the pool were very expensive and you already paid premium price to be there.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We loved the beach and hotel location. Everything is walking distance (from beach, shops, restaurants, groceries, pharmacies etc.) Breakfast at the top terrace is good and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.
Although the room is spacious, the hotel is old and the facilities (specially the bathroom) was very old. We expected more against the rate we paid for a 4 star hotel. Also, they charge 15 euros for a crib per night (we did not have to pay an additional fee for a crib in Rome for example) and the rates to access the hotel beach are also very high, specially on weekends
Adorei a localização e o tamanho espaçoso dos quartos. A equipe também muito simpática. Café da manhã bem gostoso!
Única coisa que não tinha visto é que, mesmo sendo hóspede do hotel, você precisa pagar para as cadeiras e ombrelones na praia. Fica também perto de restaurantes e tem dois supermercados bem próximo!

Staff were friendly, breakfast variety was amazing and the location of the hotel was perfect!!
Our room was on first inspection a little tired but it made absolutely no difference to our stay and the positives completely outweighed any initial negatives. The maid came daily. The room was spacious, had everything we needed including a great view over the beach. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel. It was fantastic for us and we thank the Panorama Hotel Maiori for making our week so enjoyable. Mairi os much nicer and more relaxed than Amalfi we think.
