This hotel was amazing rooms are beautiful staff amazing views wonderful cried when we left highly recommend this hotel
No electricity in one of our rooms
What a beautiful hotel in an excellent location, from the start the reception staff were welcoming, the room we had on the second floor was kept spotlessly clean by the cleaning staff, the terrace staff were brilliant always greet you with a smile and good day, Teresa was simply brilliant, the beach is so nice, the sun beds, unlike other beach clubs are so well spaced makes a day at the beach so much more civilised, rather than being crammed in like sardines, food on the terrace is excellent with breathtaking views of the coast, last but no means least the roof top pool, what a bonus simply fantastic, a BIG thank you to all at panorama, we will see you again.
We stayed at the Hotel Panorama for a wedding in Maiori and it didn’t disappoint. We can’t say enough good things about how friendly and helpful the staff were - Giovanni offered multiple dinner reservations ideas, Teresa at the rooftop bar was phenomenal and took great care of us and our favorite was Federica at the front desk - every morning she would greet my husband with a “buongiorno Marco!” and patiently helped him work on his Italian each day. Their rooftop terrace has a great pool with plenty of chairs, a beautiful view of the city and a broad food and beverage selection. The breakfast that was included had all the Italian pastries you could want along with more traditional English and American options. We also appreciated that it was open until 10:30am unlike other places we stayed in Naples that ended much earlier. Their beach club area is conveniently located across the street and reasonably priced for 2 chairs and an umbrella for the day and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. They are great at arranging a car service if you want to go somewhere like Ravello for the day or even a golf cart down to the port for those that may have trouble walking or are carrying luggage. The air conditioning worked like a charm which was huge given the sweltering temps while we were there and the blackout shade made it easy to sleep. The room balcony was spacious, the shower water pressure was awesome and they replenished the bottled water every day. My only complaint is the old school Italian hair dryer because I have a lot of hair and it took FOREVER to dry. A minor inconvenience for such a great hotel at a reasonable price. Highly recommend and tell Federica that “Marco” sent you :)
First off the grief getting into the country with EU registration painful.
Hotel a bit tired as has been mentioned before, we had a superior room it was basic not sure what made it superior and it was in need of an update/refurb, but it was clean, room servicing was ok at first then as the week went on got later and later until doing the room about 5.15pm
Staff were very good and helpful, pictures of the hotel don't show the main road very well in front of hotel and sea front it was a busy road,
Beautiful location. Out room faced the back so we went to the roof top restaurant for incredible views. The rooms were very clean and up to date.
Paid alot for parking but that might just be the area
Well located
Bit dated
Ottima posizione e molto pulita
The position of the hotel! Really close to the beach!
Staff really nice!
Air con and dehumidifier working properly!
The room was old stile,
Not so clean in the room and bathroom, i found hair on the bed sheets and in bathroom full of hair
I think the hotel needs some renovation!
Smelly hair dryer!
Our stay was generally good, and we have a lot of positive things to say.
The cleanliness was very good, and the room standard was high. The air conditioning worked well, which made the stay comfortable. It is also a big plus that smoking is not allowed in the restaurant. The pool was nice and was used a lot, which we appreciated.
Regarding the food, the quality was good, but the selection was somewhat repetitive. The menu stayed the same throughout the week with very little variation, which is a slight downside.
We also experienced some areas for improvement:
The pool opened rather late in the day, which was a disadvantage.
The check-in had a poor start with a long waiting time. The staff took a long phone call during check-in, and we had to stand and wait for 10–15 minutes, which did not give a good first impression.
There was somewhat limited information about practical matters at the hotel.
The prices on the beach for renting sunbeds and umbrellas were quite high.
Overall, a good stay, but with some areas that could be improved.
Staff and cleanliness

The deluxe Seaview room was excellent. Beautiful room, view and facilities. Shower water pressure was incredible. The staff were all friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The terrace made breakfast amazing with the views.
Paying £55 to go to the beach. The walls were quite thin when people next door were clenching each other's company.
I recently stayed at Hotel Panorama in Maiori and had a pleasant experience overall. The room I stayed in was basic but clean, though it showed some signs of being a little worn in places. Despite this, it was comfortable for a short stay.
The true highlight of the hotel is its stunning rooftop. Enjoying breakfast, dinner, or evening drinks with breathtaking panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast was simply unforgettable. The rooftop pool added an extra touch of relaxation and made the experience even more special.
What really stood out was the staff. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming.
Overall, Hotel Panorama is a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable base in Maiori with an exceptional rooftop experience, even if the rooms could use a little refresh - would definitely go back again!
