La ubicacion, facil acceso, facil aparcamiento, personal amable y nos explicaron todo perfecto.

Cons:

Bar con poca variedad de desayuno. No hubo cambio de toallas en el apartamento. El calentador de agua es pequeño para 3 personas, el agua caliente no alcanza.

Fuimos a pedir una toalla porque una de las chicas tenía la regla y se había manchado y nos cobraron la toalla porque no habíamos pasado las suficientes noches para dármela gratis

Relación calidad- precio es inmejorable
Pros:

Tiene piscina, bar por si necesitas comer algo. Está muy cerca de varios supermercados y restaurantes. Además, se puede aparcar en la calle sin problemas, es una zona muy tranquila. Lo más destacable es que el piso estaba impecable.

Cons:

Estaría genial que hubiera cubiertos y algo para lavar los utensilios.

Buena localización pero falta de mantenimiento
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Además, era muy fácil aparcar en la zona y el entorno era muy tranquilo.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue que el apartamento no estaba bien preparado para las condiciones de viento habituales de Lanzarote. Entraban ruido y aire por las ventanas, lo que resultaba bastante molesto. Además, el alojamiento necesita una actualización, ya que se ve antiguo y algunas instalaciones están deterioradas. La cama también hacía mucho ruido con cualquier movimiento, afectando a la calidad del descanso.

Excelente calidad relación-precio.
Pros:

El apartamento grande, camas buenas y espacios al aire libre, para unas vacaciones familiares esta genial, ubicación en mitad de la isla ideal si quieres visitar todo el recorrido turístico que te ofrece Lanzarote.

Cons:

No fueron grandes cosas pero la limpieza por ejemplo, estuvimos cuatro días y no vinieron ni a cambiar toallas o sábanas, y algún tipo más de menaje en cocina. Y por añadir algo importante algún producto básico de limpieza si la limpieza es cada 4 noches .
