Pros:

La ubicación era buena y dispone de una zona muy grande para aparcar que se agradece.
Por lo general es tranquilo aunque a la mínima que el vecino haga ruido se escucha todo.
Todo estaba muy limpio

Cons:

No disponen de aire acondicionado ni calefacción desde hace años, tienen ventiladores para alquilar, es cierto que en la app no ponen que lo tengan pero es la primera vez que me encuentro con algo así. Nosotros nos alojamos hace unos días y todavía hacía buen tiempo, pero una de las noches pasamos calor, y por esto no repetiría, si pago por un alojamiento creo que lo mínimo es que la climatización sea buena.
La cama tenía un somier viejísimo y algunas patas estaban dobladas y otras eran más cortas, y aquello sonaba cada vez que nos movíamos, muy incómodo a la hora de descansar.
La cocina tenía el menaje justo pero en mi opinión faltan muchos utensilios de cocina, al igual que un sofá ya que solo tiene dos sillas de mimbre muy incómodas.

Calidad-Precio inmejorable
Pros:

La ubicación está a unos 10 minutos del aeropuerto y cuenta con plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas en la misma puerta. Tiene todo tipo de servicios realmente cercanos (Farmacias, Supermercados como LIDL o gasolineras). Por el precio que se ofrece dan una estancia más que cómoda, justa y apta para cualquier bolsillo.

Instalaciones en buen estado general, piscina amplia y bar en su interior en caso de que necesites algo. La recepción tiene un horario genial y demás son súper amables. Tienes todo lo necesario para pasar unos días con tu familia.

Cons:

No tengo ninguna queja, es la 4ª vez que me hospedo aqui y la próxima vez que vuelva a Lanzarote sin duda alguna reservaré en el mismo lugar.

Amazing stay, love Lanzarote
Pros:

Spacious rooms , lovely place

Cons:

The next door neighbours started the Karaoke night the second day after our arrival and was singing and screaming until I had to call the receptionist to calm them down. They've been causing some noise throughout the stay.

El espacio de los apartamentos, son henormes.

Cons:

Creo que estaría bien climatizado la piscina, nadie se bañaba por lo fría que estaba. El socorrista tienen que estar en dos piscinas a la vez, no creo que eso sea legal.

El personal fantástico, amables serviciales, volvería a repetir, Apartamento limpio , con aparcamiento tiene todo lo que se necesita. Unos clientes estaban haciendo ruido de madrugada llamamos a recepción y en ris minutos ya estaba todo solucionado
