Best holiday even happens to me iam so honneur to be in this hotel just one thing I wanna talk about is the entertainment team that who really make our holiday and the big thanks goes to the artist Saif the assistant chief who is absolutely lovely and kind

Booked as a cheap little get away and I guess you get what you pay for.
The room although big was terrible beds I could feel every lump in it, the towels horrendous I wouldn't dry my dog let alone my children. Floods of water in the bathroom. The food was very poor and completely unsanitary. Someone serving you chips with their hands no gloves. Raw next to cooked meat. Drinks in smallest plastic cup possible (i don't drink alcohol so wasnt looking to get drunk just quench a thirst)
The pool although clean the floor around it is super slippy in 7 days there wasnt a day without someone going flying!.
The only thing I liked was the very sweet kind girl who ran the kids club...

Also when leaving Tunisia prepare to be robbed of your money from the police who "check" your passport took 20 dinars and £30 english pounds of the lady infront of me they made her empty her purse (luckily I had no purse or cash to take)

Most of the staff at the alleged 4 Star Riadh Palms hotel, were genuinely doing their best - their interaction was generally polite and professional, (with the exception of the miserable dining room manager, who couldn’t even raise a smile and from what I observed, was completely superfluous to requirements). You could tell they were trying hard to keep guests happy, but unfortunately, the condition of the rooms made that almost impossible.
The room itself, (the least worst of an additional four, that we were shown, when we complained about our original room) was in a very poor state of repair. The poor Bell Boy told me they didn’t get any better. Fixtures were worn out, maintenance issues were obvious, and overall cleanliness and upkeep fell far below what you would reasonably expect. As a professional Construction Manager I recorded 48 individual issues, that could and should, have been rectified. It felt tired, neglected, and in desperate need of refurbishment. What stood out most was that the Bell Boy especially, was resigned to not achieving a positive outcome, clearly having found himself in the same position, many times previously. The Manager had no argument upon being shown the pictures of our original room and was putting on a brave face, on a situation management should have addressed long ago. Despite being on a 14 night package, after a couple of nights, we decided to pay for a different hotel nearby. It was that bad.

Hotel not clean and the staff never smile and much more never never recommend the shout out to anybody and the staff come in your room and pinch your money. Never leave any valuables in your room because it will be gone when you come back.

Brillaint service, amazing people and friends, bomba is an amazing entertainer very friendly always smiling and getting people up dancing :)

Really good hotel, good food, good entertainment and plenty of drinks.

Animation team was the best part of the holiday! The holiday was great for a family holiday , the animation team went above and beyond for the children , they had activities all day and mini discos on the evening.
The restaurant staff were all fantastic and did a birthday celebration on one our birthdays. Great for families! Would definitely return😊

We had a wonderful stay at Riadh Palms Hotel. The atmosphere, entertainment, and overall experience were very enjoyable. A special thank you goes to Bomba, one of the best staff members at the hotel. He kept us entertained throughout our stay, always full of energy, friendly, and professional. He truly made our holiday more memorable. Thank you, Bomba, for making us feel welcome and ensuring we had such a great time. We would definitely come back again!

My first time in Tunisia on a solo holiday, the hotels location was great , my room was on the second floor with the sea view , rooms were slightly a bit dated but nothing to complain about , cleaner was in everyday she was lovely, hotel staff were very helpful if there was any problems the manager was always around , the food and drink was lovely a lot to choose from not the same everyday , I would definitely go back for the money I paid it was well worth it

The atmosphere and energy here is unmatched. They go above and beyond to make you happy and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and the staff are amazing.

This was honestly the worst holiday experience we have ever had. The food was absolutely disgusting. Within 48 hours, I became severely ill with diarrhoea and vomiting. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say this was the worst food I have ever experienced at a hotel. There were barely any food options, and even the children refused to eat.

The reception staff were rude from the moment we arrived. We were unbelievably accused of stealing a pen ...which was ridiculous and insulting. We were also told to move our children from the waiting area because they were “making noise”, despite the fact they are babies under 3.
I became so sick during the stay that I was vomiting everywhere. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent most of it feeling miserable and counting down the days until we could go home.

On the final day, we booked a private transfer to the airport, only to find out they were trying to overcharge us and include other people in what we had specifically paid to be a private transfer. It was only after we complained and refused to pay the full amount that they suddenly changed their minds.

There was also very little to do at the hotel apart from sit by the pool with the kids. The only positive part of this trip was the local shops outside the hotel.

Overall, this was an awful experience and the worst holiday we have ever had. I could not wait to come home.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 10 days. Absolutely lovely hotel, staff are very friendly, animation staff are incredible especially Max - very helpful. Room is very nice and spacious, had a lovely view. Staff been very helpful especially with my Nan as she is disabled. Would definitely come back to the hotel.
