A great base for our stay in Madrid
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better base for our anniversary trip to Madrid.

The location is fantastic — right on Gran Vía and so convenient for exploring the city. We were able to walk to so many places, with plenty of restaurants, shops and sights right on the doorstep, and the metro was incredibly handy too.

Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, and the hotel had such a lovely atmosphere. The rooftop was a particular highlight — the perfect place to escape the heat for a while, relax and take in the views of Madrid.

What really made the stay special, though, was how lovely and helpful the staff were. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel completely at home.

We came to Madrid for our wedding anniversary and had the most incredible few days. This hotel was the perfect base for what was a very special trip, and we would absolutely stay here again when we return to Madrid.

Thank you for helping make our anniversary so memorable. 🤍🇪🇸

Super emplacement et chambre spacieuse
Pros:

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, la chambre est spacieuse et bien aménagée, la décoration est jolie. Le personnel était à l’écoute et pouvait communiquer dans plusieurs langues. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était parfait, c’était pratique d’être au centre !
J’y ai séjourné pendant l’éclipse, et la soirée spéciale était très sympa

Sehr gut geeignet für einen Kurztripp nach Madrid
Pros:

Zentrale Lage an der Gran Via ist perfekt für einen Städte-Trip nach Madrid; Pool am Dach ist auch recht gut bei der großen Hitze in Madrid im Sommer; Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend, gratis-Trinkwasser zum Nachfüllen

Zimmer sind eher klein, Gang sehr dunkel (ist aber Design des Hotels)
