El check out y desayuno son hasta las 12. Eso es genial, pero más genial es la piscina en la terraza y el bar que funciona de 18.30 a 1.00. Tiene unas vistas geniales y la atención es bien atenta. Todo genial, recomiendo

Pros:

Excellent choice of fruit, savouries and cakes etc. for breakfast - the orange juice was particularly good.

Superb view of the City and suburbs from the 10th Floor Terrace.

Excellent location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby - (would recommend Casa Luna wine bar for its chalkboard Carta and its selection of cheeses).

Cons:

The fried/poached eggs were not freshly prepared, and were uninvitingly rock hard.

Pros:

Es nuestra cuarta vez en el hotel, siempre destacamos el servicio del personal de Recepción. Ana fue muy amorosa y servicial, al igual que Jacobo en el desayuno.
Lo único que me gustaría es que tengan en cuenta la opción del Late check out, ya que es un servicio que para quienes viajamos de noche, es muy valorado. Aprovecho también para felicitar a Ernesto quién nos atendió hace un par de años y fue ascendido de puesto!

Decent stay nice staff no issues but lacking in quality and modern style.
Pros:

Good location, clean and accessible.

Cons:

Pretty dated and expensive for the quality. Reception part was strange, lift was slow and grim, and the colour scheme is tack. Needs modernisation.
