Pros:

I think pretty much everything. From the online booking, to the communication with the hosts and the staff at the premises.very easy to reach from the main transport hubs in San Zaccaria - only one bridge to cross. A stairs lift to help climbing up to the first floor where rooms are, if needed.

Cons:

Bagno della camera singola piccolissimo. Sala colazione minuscola (4 piccoli tavolini) ed orario (8-10) poco adatto per Venezia. Alcuni si adattavano a fare colazione nella piccola saletta su tavolini improvvisati. Sarebbe stato meglio almeno dalle 7:30, così da avere ricambio ai tavoli. Pochissima attenzione per intolleranti glutine e lattosio nonostante la richiesta formulata con largo anticipo. La prima mattina mi è stata servita una merendina scaduta da 3 mesi. Non avevano un tostapane dedicato, quindi anche il pane tostato non si poteva avere. Anoratanta strada da fare nei confronti dei celiaci.

Son emplacement très central et près des embarcadères. Le calme

Cons:

Une salle de bain minuscule, une cabine de touche non adaptée aux personnes de forte corpulence, les wc coincés entre le mur et la cabine de douche. Petit déjeuner minimal, très peu de choix, croissants congelés.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel,mit hervorragenden Personal in sehr guter Lage. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Hervorragende Lage, kurze Wege zu den Hauptattraktionen von Venedig , in ruhiger Lage.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist klein, reicht manchmal nicht aus, um allen Gästen Platz zu bieten.

El sector de desayuno era muy pequeño.
La habitacion para cuatro quedaba compacta.
Al estar presencial en el lugar, las habitaciones tenian muchas telas y alfombras. Abstenerse ir los alergicos.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le principali zone di interesse turistico della città, a circa 10 minuti dalla fermata Rialto e ad ancora meno dalla fermata San Marco/San Zaccaria.
La struttura è accogliente e la stanza è dotata dei comfort necessari per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno.
Una menzione particolare alle ragazze del servizio colazione/pulizie che sono state molto gentili e disponibili e al signor Claudio della reception, molto attento e premuroso anche nel garantire un comodo rientro a casa.

Pros:

Lit très confortable, propreté irréprochable, emplacement très intéressant, personnel compétent et très agréable, petits déjeuners copieux et très bons.

Cons:

La salle des petits déjeuners est très petite, la petite pièce adjacente mériterait d’être aménagée pour agrandir l’espace.
