Pratique et confort
Pros:

Pas de personnel pour vous accueillir par contre les différents messages transmis avant, pendant et au moment du départ sont très clairs et pratiques.
J'ai apprécié la lignage room, facile d'accès sur un long créneau. Pratique quand votre avion décolle à 1h du matin

Budget friendly and a great location in the centre of Reykjavik
Pros:

We spent 2 nights at the Swan Hotel on arrival in Iceland. It is a short walk from Bus Stop 14 which makes transportation from the airport on the bus very simple. Use of the baggage store before and after our stay was very convenient. The Swan Hotel is located a 2 minute walk to the centre of Laugavegur with its array of shops bars and restaurants. The room was massive, with a kitchenette, dining area and a small outside terrace. It contained everything one needed, was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Access into the hotel, luggage store and the room was by keypad which all worked faultlessly.

Bonne localisation mais …..

La localisation

Cons:

Les lits n’étaient pas faits à notre arrivée . Les draps étaient juste posés dessus .
Nous étions 4 adultes et pourtant que 2 chaises .
La table à manger est minuscule .
Par mail on nous a promis de nous apporter 2 chaises …. Nous sommes restés 2,5 jours et aucune chaise ne nous a été apportée .
Heureusement nous n’avions pas payé le prix plein. Cela vaut la peine de prendre en last minute. Il y semble qu’il y ait toujours de la place même en plein juillet-août

Don't select Basement-Studio - Unacceptable experience – charged extra for their mistake

At least we managed not to stay there, but implied extra charges by Heimaleiga.

Cons:

We arrived as a family of three during official check-in time to find our room dirty, the toilet malfunctioning, and a strong bathroom odor. The room looked entirely different from the photos; staff admitted the pictures were from other floors and they were fully booked.
We spent 90 exhausting minutes dealing with the Heimaleiga call center. They relocated us to a studio at a different property but charged us an extra €100 to change categories because they had no identical units left. We also had to pay €30 out-of-pocket for a taxi to get there. They charged us for a problem they caused. Avoid this management company.

Great location!
Pros:

The Swan House was a weird building upon first arriving. We didn't know where to go etc. But it is in a fabulous location. It is 2 blocks to the water and was easy to walk to the harbor for our puffin tour. It was also only a few blocks from downtown Reykjavik with lots of shopping and restaurants. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

This was not a deluxe apartment, but the price was right and the location was great. We wished there had been a parking garage. We had to pay for street parking everyday. It wasn't expensive, but it was a hassle to make sure you went into the app to deal with parking your car everyday.

Apartament molt gran, amb molt bona llum i renovat. Nosaltres vam fer sol 1 nit, però el recomanaria per estàncies més llargues també, ja que està molt ben situat i et fa sentir com a casa. L’atencio al client un 10, ja que vam tenir un problema per obrir la porta i ens van atendre molt bé per telèfon i van estar atents, ens van canviar d’apartament sense problema i van estar pendents de que tot funcionés bé.

Res a dir, tot perfecte.
