Nettes Hotel, das aber mal einer Renovierung bedarf.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer selbst war recht nett - sehr groß, geräumig und mit Blick auf die Mosel. Das Frühstück war gut.
Auch unsere E-Bikes konnten wir problemlos im Fahrradkeller abstellen und da auch laden.

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel war schon etwas älter, alles drum-herum war nicht sehr sauber, ungepflegt und benötigt dringend
mal eine Renovierung!!!

Cons:

Aussicht auf die Stadt war nicht so gut, nur auf die Straße;
wenig Platz zum ablegen der Kleidung,, sonst nur für Kleiderbügel. Für längeren Aufenthalt nicht so gut geeignet. Für uns war's ok, weil wir nur 4 Tage in Trier waren

Pros:

Gute Lage, das war’s aber auch schon!

Cons:

Dürftiges Parkplatzangebot (Fahrzeuge unter 1,5m)
Dürftige Zimmer (schlecht renoviert, neben der Hausklima(Brummen im Zimmer))
Zimmer im Badezimmer unsauber (rostiger heizkörper mit Handtüchern drauf, Handtücher generell fleckig)

So helpful staff and great value for money.
Pros:

The personell was so helpful and nice. We needed to leave a day early and they helped us do the arrangements with Booking, who also was helpful.
The hotel bypassed our expectations by far, good beds, great breakfast, clean and placed in the centre.

Cons:

I love the 🐸 If you don’t enjoy pics and figurines with frogs find another place but you will miss out on all the other great things with the Hotel.

Immer wieder gern
Pros:

Das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, zentrale und ruhige Lage, saubere Zimmer und Bad mit guter Ablageflaeche und Stauraum. Klimaanlage leise und kühlte das Zimmer schnell runter. Die nette Froschdeko, die ich nicht ueberladen fand, die dem Hotel aber eine individuelle Note gaben und uns berzitete es Spaß, immer wieder neue Froeschlein zu entdecken.
