Geweldig genoten en uiterst vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

De ligging, de prachtige tuin, de keuken en het zwembad

Cons:

Alle activiteiten zijn binnen. Je kunt niet bv buiten ‘s avonds een drankje drinken. Het weer is er perfect voor.

Por decir algo menos positivo, es que cogimos media pensión y resulta que la media pensión solo se puede aplicar para la cena. Te dan un descuento para las comidas, pero aun así sale caro

Hotel robi świetne wrażenie. Cały teren przypomina ogród botaniczny. Mnóstwo pięknej, bardzo zadbanej zieleni tworzy wyjątkową atmosferę. Dużym plusem jest również bezpłatny parking.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa hotelu. Niezwykle uprzejma, pomocna i uważna. Można odnieść wrażenie, że personel wręcz zgaduje potrzeby gości, zanim zdąży się o coś poprosić. Mieliśmy bardzo wczesny lot powrotny i hotel przygotował dla nas świetnie zapakowane śniadanie na wynos. Niby drobiazg, ale pokazuje poziom obsługi i dbałość o gości.
Całościowo pobyt oceniam bardzo wysoko. Przepiękne otoczenie, fantastyczna obsługa i naprawdę duża dbałość o gościa. Zdecydowanie miejsce, które bardzo dobrze się wspomina.

Cons:

Jedyny drobny minus dotyczy zasad ubioru przy basenie. Jeśli chce się coś przekąsić przy barze basenowym, wymagany jest odpowiedni strój. O ile w pełni rozumiem dress code podczas kolacji, to przy samym basenie osobiście podszedłbym do tego nieco swobodniej. Oczywiście rozumiem i szanuję zasady obowiązujące w hotelu.

L'emplacement très proche de Port Mogan. Les 2 jolies piscines. La qualité des cocktails.

L'espace extérieur pour les repas, il n'y en a pas vraiment car c'est sous des baies vitrées. Sûrement adapté pour les mois d'Octobre à Mai mais en plein été les vitres ne sont pas entièrement ouvertes, il fait chaud. On a pas vraiment l'impression d'être à l'extérieur. Manger dehors sur une jolie terrasse c'est vraiment un critère important pour moi.... le cadre était quand même très beau. Et quandvon est côté serre tropicale la clim s'arrête trop tout tôt pendant le diner, du coup il fait vite chaud aussi.
La nourriture est bonne, variée mais j'ai vu mieux pour le même type d'hotel.
L'accès au buffet n'est pas très pratique.

Breakfast was great!

Cons:

Room had a lot of noise from surrounding rooms. Beds weren’t attached so sleeping as a couple was difficult.
