Le buffet très varié, la piscine agréable et la bonne localisation de l’hôtel.
Très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres : nous entendions clairement les conversations des chambres voisines.
* Nuisances sonores nocturnes : le bruit nous a réveillés et a perturbé notre sommeil à plusieurs reprises.
* Bruits dans les couloirs dès le matin : nous entendions notamment très clairement les femmes de ménage devant les chambres.
* Propreté insuffisante : certains aspects de la chambre et de l’entretien ne correspondaient pas au niveau attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.
* Absence de room service, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement de cette catégorie.
* Manque de confort et de tranquillité : l’accumulation des nuisances sonores a fortement diminué la qualité globale de notre séjour.
Góður morgunmatur. Garðurinn fínn. Flottur rooftop bar. Gott úrval af góðum drykkjum. Starfsfólk var frábært.
Rúmið var ekki gott. Brakaði svo mikið í þvi að við áttum erfitt með svefn. Sturtan er lítil og i baðkari og erfitt að stilla blöndunartæki.

Location of hotel is good, employees are nice and helpfull. It was very easy to check in and check out, garage place - parking space is good, sun lounger - enough, and Beach bar is really good.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
The food was one of the biggest issues. It was not varied at all, and during our 7-day stay, the menu was almost the same every day. There was very little creativity or effort put into the meals, which became quite frustrating after a few days.
The cleanliness was even more concerning. We found cockroaches in both of our rooms. In one of the rooms, there were even larger cockroaches, and we had to specifically request disinfection. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel and made us feel very uncomfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, the experience was far below what we expected. Poor food variety, serious cleanliness issues, and the presence of cockroaches in both rooms made our stay extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this is not a hotel I would recommend.

The food is amazing, staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the entertainment is so much fun. I can't fault this hotel at all that's why I keep returning
Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Ik was eerlijk gezegd vergeten dat ontbijt inclusief was, maar er was oprecht best veel keuze en erg lekker. Verder waren er best veel accomodaties in het hotel wat er prettig was, maar niet per se dingen waar ik gebruik van had gemaakt vanwege gebrek aan interesse.
Er waren wel events en dingen te doen in het hotel, maar geen waar ik interesse in had. Dit is wel vooral persoonlijk. Waarschijnlijk omdat ik ook in mijn eentje aan het reizen was, waardoor de activiteiten niet helemaal bij mij paste.
Rooftop zwembad is mooi. Personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid buffet.
Hotel is oud en afgeleefd. Weinig rust door spelletjes aan het zwembad. Luidruchtige jeugd wat je niet verwacht in een adults only hotel. Beter te vermelden op de site. Naturisme gedeelte is triestig zonder zwembad of bar. Stoelen op een rij waar het bovendien zeer warm is doordat het afgeschermd is met glazen wanden. Een jacuzzi zou al een oplossing bieden.
Breakfast was good, evening meal food was nice but sometimes a bit repetitive and a bit limited. The facilities were great and the room was nice, although a little small and needs drawer space. Nice touch of the champagne on my partners birthday
We couldn’t use our balcony as much as we wanted as there was a constant smell of marijuana.
