Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, günstige und schöne Lage, köstliches Frühstück!
We had a very pleasant stay at Ca' Vendramin Zago. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming Venetian atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable and a good size, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The location is perfect – it was easy to take the water bus from the airport to a stop close to the hotel, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Biennale, several museums and the train station. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
There were only a few minor things that could have been better. The bathroom was a reasonable size, but there was very little space to put toiletries, so we had to keep our toiletry bag in the room. It was also a little inconvenient that the ironing facilities were located in a shared common area. A screen, or perhaps a slightly more private space, would make this more comfortable. It would also have been nice to have hand sanitiser available at the breakfast buffet. These are all minor details, though, and overall we had a very good experience and would happily stay here again.

Room is not at all romantic, on the contrary it more religious and wall painting are scarier.
Perfect location for exploring , the staff were super friendly, clean room and beds and towels changed every day
Advertised with lounge bar but this wasn’t available , would have been nice to have somewhere to relax after all the walking!

We had a dirty glass, and we couldn't turn off all of the lights, one was clearly not working.
Vi fik opgraderet vores værelse til en junior suite. Har aldrig boet så luksuriøst før. Personalet var fantastiske og hjælpsomme, tilbød os gratis taxa til Murano inklusive besøg på et fantastisk glaspusteri og efterfølgende besøg i deres showrooms.
