Lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful room overlooking the canal. Very stylishly decorated.

Cons:

All the staff were really great, helpful and cheery, especially the lady that prepared breakfasts. However one of the reception staff was very rude to me, in front of other guests, when I made a simple mistake.

Wir hatten ein super Wochenende! Die Unterkunft ist praktisch vom Flughafen erreichbar und in einer netten nicht allzu touristischen Gegend gelegen. Das Hotel selbst ist super schön in einem alten Palazzo erbaut.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Everything about it was perfect.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location in Venice. We loved everything about it. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a great selection to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Aceptable para estar en Venecia.
Pros:

Tiene una ubicación estrategica, cerca a la estación del tren, además de una estación del servicio del barco, la fachada del hotel se vee bien presentada y tiene una parada para recibir taxis tipo gondolas. el lobby estan bien decorados. En el buffet del desayuno tenia opciones de leche de Avena y Soya. La Habitación silenciosa.
la habitación contaba con 1 botella de agua de cortesia.

Cons:

Algunas personas del personal un poco rudas, en un momento que solicte cambiar una bebida , tuve que bajar a la recepción a cambiarla en lugar de ellos hacer el servicio a la habitación. a parte de eso la hábitación muy pequeña donde esta la cama para ser una Suite, el baño aún más pequeño incluso la ducha, se sentia una hábitación elegante pero tipo particione en drywall, lo unico grande era la sala con la que venia la hábitación. El desayuno un poco basico, nada especial.
No hay ascensor, cuando llegamos tuve que llevar las maletas al piso 1, teniamos 2 de 21 KG.
la recepcionsita se ofrecio amablemente pero no podia dejar que ella llevará el equipaje por el peso.
Por otro lado el baño no tenia ventilación natural, por lo que se usa un extractor de aire el cual fue muy ruidoso cada vez que se encendia la luz.
La hábitación incluida 1 botella de agua de cortesia, la cual utilizamos , pero la no repusieron a pesar de haber estado 2 noches, por el precio de esta hábitación deberian al menos reponer la botella de agua.

De gav meg et to stjerner kaldt hotel rom i kjelleren og kalte det dobbeltrom Standard. Rommet vær svært lytt. På nettet så det flott ut. Mitt råd, styra unna dobbeltrom stander på dette hotellet. Du betaler MYE for en svært dårlig opplevelse.
