Fast service and kind personnel. Staff very kind, polite, and helpful. The room and towels were clean. Air-conditioning worked well.
When I go to Cairo again, I may repeat this booking.
There are gaps in the balcony door and bathroom door when closed. Toothpaste, toothbrush, q-tips, and hair comb were not supplied by hotel and had to buy them from outside.

As usual the shower head and its faucet was faulty. Please remove all shower fixtures and replace with decent quality ones.

Very nice and basic hotel. All the amenities are in the room. Modern furniture. The hotel seems to be new. Right behind smoha grand plaza. 20 minutes ride to Alexandria corniche. Reasonably priced and good for budgeted travelers. 24 room service. It has all you need without premium.

حجرات الفندق صغيرة جدا جدا الحجز على booking كان حجرة دبل25 متر لكن الواقع الحجرة اقل من 20 متر بالحمام لا يوجد مساحة فى الحجرة حتى لوضع كرسى واحد كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية
