A large and comfortable hotel in a good area of Cairo, offering spacious rooms, pleasant facilities, and many genuinely
Pros:

We stayed here for three nights between 13–16 May and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is located in one of Cairo’s nicer and more upscale neighborhoods, surrounded by other quality hotels and pleasant residential areas.

From the outside, the building appears rather narrow and compact, but once inside, the hotel feels surprisingly spacious. Our triple room on one of the upper floors was large, comfortable, and well laid out. It featured comfortable beds, large windows, a separate semi-private sleeping area for the third bed, a good-sized bathroom, a minibar, and a kettle.

The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good variety. While it may not be at the level of some large international luxury chains, it was more than satisfactory for us. We also appreciated the beautiful restaurant views, the well-presented lobby area, and the café selection. The pastries, coffee, and tea served in the lobby were particularly good.

A special thank you to Ms. Iman from the housekeeping team, who was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We would also like to thank the gentleman at the breakfast station who prepared fresh omelets for us every morning. These personal touches made a positive difference and reflected the warmth and hospitality that the Middle East is known for.

Cons:

The main drawback was the elevator situation. We stayed on the 12th floor, but the guest elevator's button for the 12th floor was not functioning during our stay. As a result, we often had to take the elevator to the 11th floor and walk the remaining flight of stairs, or use the older service elevator when available.

We also felt that the service quality varied considerably depending on the department. While some staff members were excellent, certain aspects felt less professional than expected for a hotel of this size. For example, the cocktails served in the lobby bar did not match their premium pricing. Unfortunately, a mojito we ordered was not enjoyable, and despite the issue, no effort was made to address it.

Wonderful stay at the hotel - everything was great. Would come again, great value for money.
Pros:

Location: Central between Downtown Cairo and Giza. Perfect for walking, very green area. Safety was never an issue the whole time we were there.
Staff: Everyone was great!
Food: We enjoyed the breakfast spread, a mix of both local and continental choices.
Room: Everything was perfect. We got the smallest room and that still felt very roomy with lots of space. Large TV, comfy bed and pillows, everything worked perfectly. Shower water pressure was great too.

Honestly everything was great. Very clean, spacious, value for money.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit sehr gastfreundlichem Personal, tollem Restaurant und gutem Essen.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir positiv überrascht, da wir ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade erhalten haben – ein wirklich toller Start in unseren Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Teams. Von der Rezeption über den Zimmerservice bis hin zu den Kellnern im Restaurant waren alle Mitarbeiter unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Auch das Restaurant im Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und stilvoll. Das Essen war hervorragend – qualitativ hochwertig, geschmacklich top und schön präsentiert.

Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir zudem dem Mitarbeiter aussprechen, der für den Wein zuständig ist. Er ist unglaublich aufmerksam und definitiv einer der besten Kellner, die wir je erlebt haben.
Alles in allem ein großartiger Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die wenigen Kritikpunkte sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten: Das Badezimmer war relativ klein und bot nur wenig Ablagefläche. Außerdem gab es keinen Föhn im Zimmer, diesen konnte man jedoch problemlos an der Rezeption erhalten.

Während unseres Aufenthalts waren zudem leider nicht alle Bars im Hotel geöffnet, was allerdings am Ramadan lag. Sehr schade, denn wir hätten uns die Cellar Bar gerne angesehen – aber das holen wir dann wohl beim nächsten Mal nach. ;)

La atención del personal, siempre muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Martina en recepción fue encantadora y el resto de personal también. 100% recomendable. Muy cerca de todo y en la mejor zona de Zamalek. Para ir paseando a los sitios es inmejorable. Volveré.
