شكر خاص للاستاذ محمد في الاستقبال وحامل الحقائب عم علي على ذوقهم واخلاقهم العالية
1- اثناء اقامتي كان المصعد خارج الخدمة طول فترة الاقامة 3 ليالي وجميع النزلاء تم تحويلنا لاستخدام مصعد الموظفين وكان صغير لايسمح بدخول اكثر من 3 اشخاص.
2- صوت المكيف عالي ومزعج وتم طلب الصيانة ولكن للاسف لم يتم التجاوب على اكمل وجه.

Experiencia más que perfecta. Se trata de un hotel con una decoración cuidada, un staff amabilísimo en una zona muy agradable de Cairo. Se siente seguro, limpio y agradable. Gran desayuno y cena. Sin duda repetiría!

Elevator is kind of very old . The bad smell from toilet .
I really liked the fact that i could access the breakfast restaraunt easily and the rooms were very spacious and clean. In addition there was a wonderful view of the sea that i really liked from my room. The staff were really good and helpful and i really liked the customer service from shahd and khadija. There are really a credit to the hotel
