Important information:

Parking at this hotel is for 10 € per night and 1 € per hour available. Underground parking has an entrance height of 2 m and offers no e-charging stations. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. If there are no parking spaces available when you arrive, please contact our colleagues at reception.
By car: Take the Haar exit of the A99 motorway and head towards Haar. Follow the B304 for roughly 3km and you'll see our hotel on the right. By public transport: From Munich Central Station take the U2 towards Messestadt-Ost to Trudering station. From there, take the 193 Haar bus to the Hans-Stiessberger-Strasse stop, which is right opposite the hotel. From Munich Airport, it's only a 35-minute drive or a taxi-ride to our hotel.

I consider this property to be below the advertised level and do not recommend staying here.
Pros:

I liked the location; it is not far from the bypass road and from access to public transportation.

Cons:

I was seriously disappointed with the level of cleanliness and the condition of the room. I made the booking through Booking.com, where attractive photos were displayed, which have nothing to do with reality.
The actual condition of the room was unacceptable. The carpet was extremely dirty, with numerous old stains of different origins and colors. The walls and curtains looked neglected and dirty. In the shower cabin, the surfaces had clear signs of mold, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and sanitary standards.
It strongly felt that the real condition of the rooms is deliberately concealed through retouched or outdated photographs. This misleads guests and does not meet the standards of honest booking practices.

Preis-Leistung ist soweit gut. Standartzimmer für Kurztripp ausreichend.

Gute Busanbindung zur S-Bahn.

Cons:

Leider keine Ablagemöglichkeiten außer dem Schreibtisch und ein schmales Brett unter dem Spiegel. Als Schrank gibt es einen Garderobenablagenschrank.
Die Unterlage unter dem Bettlagen war mit Blut befleckt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, könnte aber abwechslungsreicher sein.
Die Toilette ist separat und eng. die Tür geht nach innen auf. Für jemand der etwas korpulent ist wird es schwierig.
