Las habitaciones son grandes

Cons:

La limpieza mal.
Una taza de café estuvo 3 días encima de la mesa.
El personal de la mañana en el desayuno bordes y no están preparados para recibir la gente. Se alteran solos sobre todo la chica morena de gafas
El desayuno muy escaso y repetitivo.
La cena NO LA COJAN ,estuvimos 6 noches y es lo mismo croquetas pizza de champiñones y 4 cosas más,todo congelado y muy mal presentado.
La zona pequeña de ensalada mal lavada y cortada y mosquitos volando.
Los postres
Melon y sandia viejos y pasados
los yogures calientes.
ACONSEJO A TODOS NO COGER ESTE ALOJAMIENTO.
HAY MUCHOS ALOJAMIENTO cerca por menos dinero y mucha calidad.
Llevo yendo a esta zona 7 años y me he alojado en otros de 3 estrellas y les dan mil vueltas.

Okay but bed bugs...

The hotel is beautiful, and the location is excellent. The access to PortAventura is fantastic, with a very quick shuttle service that works really well.

Cons:

Although the room was spacious, the furniture and facilities felt old and worn out. The shower was very difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature, and despite booking a double room, we were given two single beds pushed together instead of one proper double bed.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and unfortunately, I woke up with what appear to be bed bug bites after sleeping in the bed. This completely affected our stay and is something the hotel should investigate.

L'atenció del personal és molt bona. Ben situat.

A l'aparthotel no havia cafetera de cap tipus. S'ha de recollir a recepció els estris de cuina, no hi ha gots. L'ha habitació estava a sobre de recepció, a un primer pis i es sentien els sorolls del carrer. Tres parelles que anaven amb nosaltres i que van arribar més tard, els van donar habitacions a pisos superiors. Ells van fer la reserva directa a l'hotel.
