Bien situé mais plusieurs choses à améliorer
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Et le personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est pas mal.

Cons:

La climatisation était éteinte quand nous sommes arrivés. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, ça sentait les égouts. L’isolation est très moyenne, on a entendu du bruit toute la nuit.. dès 7h du matin, il faisait Jour dans la chambre.

Hotel correcto
Pros:

Hotel correcto, habitación grande y limpia. Tanto la recepción como el servicio del hotel eran muy amables y atentos. La ubicación inmejorable, fácil de acceder y con parking subterráneo bastante grande (se paga aparte) lo que facilita no tener que buscar aparcamiento.

Cons:

El único pero del hotel (teniendo en cuenta su categoría de 4 estrellas) y no sabemos si debido a la época del año, es que, en horario de piscina, no haya servicio de bar. Con las temperaturas de este año, se agradecería refrescarse tanto por fuera como por dentro.

Perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp für PortAventura
Pros:

Besonders gut fanden wir die Lage des Hotels.
Der Shuttle-Service zu PortAventura war ein super Bonus, sowie die Gratis- Eintrittskarten.
Außerdem waren wir sehr begeistert von der großen Auswahl des Frühstückbuffets und dem super netten Personal beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmer bzw. die Einrichtung, wie die Küche, sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.
