Nous avons été déçu sur le buffet pour le dîner. J’ai pris demi-pension pour être tranquille et manger des bons plats mais non. Nous étions obligé d’aller manger dehors car les plats proposés étaient comme-ci nous étions dans une école primaire. Franchement ils doivent faire un effort sur les plats proposés.
Il faut également régler le problème d'ouverture des portes car à chaque utilisation des cartes impossible d'ouvrir la chambre. Malgré 6 cartes échangés, il fallait retourner a l’accueil pour recharger les cartes et ouvrir enfin la porte de la chambre.

No habia spa en funcionamiento ni sauna. La piscina estaba hasta las 19. El mobiliario tiene un tiempo y habria que renovarlo. La tv no es smarttv ni se veian los canales de antena. El precio de la cena era caro.

I am incredibly disappointed with our stay, which was meant to be a special trip for my son’s 16th birthday. I emailed weeks in advance to notify the hotel of the occasion, and while they acknowledged it, nothing was done.The service upon arrival was terrible. I was told I had to pay for my park tickets, even though they were included in my booking. I showed the receptionist my confirmation email, but she refused to help and told me I had to pay anyway. Because my children were hungry, I had to pay out of pocket to feed them at the restaurant while I spent hours contacting Booking.com to resolve the issue. The restaurant food itself was poor quality with very little variety and did not taste good. Booking.com finally confirmed my booking, and only then did she eventually give us our tickets.Furthermore, the receptionist failed to tell us about the complimentary shuttle bus between the hotel and the park, meaning I needlessly paid out of pocket for transport both ways.When we returned, our room keys didn't work. The man at the front desk looked scruffy, completely uninterested, and unhelpful. To make matters worse, we were told there was no drinking water available in the entire hotel, which is completely unacceptable. During this stressful stay, I also unfortunately lost my phone and bank cards. Despite being alone with my children, the staff offered absolutely no assistance or empathy.We stayed at another hotel in the UK during this holiday, and they made a wonderful effort. I deeply regret choosing this hotel for such a special occasion and would never stay here again.

Lo único que no me gustó fue que tuve problemas para conectar la televisión al Wi-Fi. Además, la ducha del baño no funcionaba correctamente.

No funcionaba el spa.

Nič sa mi nepáčilo. V izbe boli okná bez kľučiek a nedali sa vôbec otvoriť. Kvôli zlej ventilácii nám všetko suché oblečenie navlhlo. Upratovanie je na veľmi nízkej úrovni, po obvode izby bola špina. Uteráky nemenili každý deň. Jedlo bolo veľmi chudobné a drahé, lacnejšie sa najete v reštaurácii vonku. Cez víkend v konferenčnej sále až do noci revali nejakí sektári. V hoteli nie je žiadny kultúrny program. Hotovosť v rôznych situáciách raz vzali a inokedy zasa odmietli. Elektronický kľúč od izby fungoval až na tretí alebo piaty pokus, a to isté trápilo aj ostatných hostí. K moru a na pláž je to 5 kilometrov. Teplota klimatizácie v izbe sa nedala regulovať, kvôli čomu sme ochoreli.

Si tuviera que decir algo, sería que no había ningún letrero sobre cómo funcionaba la Wifi. Luego la busqué en mi móvil, pero había que registrarse.

Tener que pedir el menaje en recepción es un rollo. Nunca lo había visto en un aparthotel

Sabanas sucias tuve que bajar a recepción para el cambio y tardaron muchísimo.
Tenía contratado desayuno y fuera de buffet no te atiende para cenar
