Remember that some rooms includes PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land tickets (check it on the Room Title): for stays of 1 and 2 nights 1 day/2 parks ticket is included and for stays of 3 or more nights 2 days/2 parks ticket in included as long as the parks are open, in addition to special discounts on the purchase of tickets for Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the park opening dates, please check them on PortAventura World official website).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great value and location, plenty of parking.
Pros:

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and the location had plenty of public parking very close to the hotel.

Cons:

The room had a few details and a bit wore down, but nothing critical.

Prima verblijf gelukkig geen drukte!
Pros:

Prijs kwaliteit was top! Heerlijk zwembad alleen open van 11 tot 19 uur, erg jammer geen ochtendduik dus.
Ontbijt was heerlijk en divers, lieve dame ontving ons!!

Zwembad niet open in de ochtend!
Aanduidingen in hotel incompleet!

Pros:

Son emplacement près de nombreux restaurants du quartier offrant des choix de nourritures variées !
Le personnel de la réception très efficace !

Cons:

L’entretien de la salle de bains :
-Des nombreuses moisissures sur les joints des faiences dans la douche, moisissures qui doivent être retirées avec des produits de nettoyage adéquate !
Le compartiment congélateur du réfrigérateur :
-Envahi de glace car il n’a pas été dégivré !
Le personnel du restaurant le soir :
-Ne réaprovisionne pas le buffet de hors d’oeuvre lorsque les plats sont vides !
-N’apporte pas de nouvelles bouteilles de vinaigre lorsque celles ci sont vides !
-Vous sert du poulet alors que vous avez commandé du saumon !
-Le service est trop long pour servir les plats commandés !
