Pros:

camera abbastanza spaziosa ma un po' datata, posizione comoda in centro ragusa da cui si può raggiungere ragusa ibla. Una ragazza alla reception si è dimostrata molto gentile a fornirci indicazioni.

Cons:

Un solo ascensore ha creati numerosi disagi per cercare di effettuare il check put con le valige. Colazione.

Pros:

Chambre et salle de bains fonctionnelles. Quartier facilement accessible depuis la gare, calme. Vue dégagée depuis la chambre. Deux des trois personnes présentes à la réception étaient particulièrement aimables.

Cons:

Qualité des matelas à 4/5, nous avons quand même bien dormi.

The breakfast was good. The location is excellent. The front office personnel always ready to help and very courteous.

However the maintenance in the room leaves much to be desired for a for star hotel. It certainly needs a thorough refurbishment.
