Ubicación estratégica, proximidad a zona comercial pero lo suficientemente silencioso en la noche para descansar. Buenos implementos de aseo, limpieza diaria en la habitación, gran tamaño de la habitación.
Volvimos a reservar días posteriores.
En el edificio anexo todo perfecto. En el edificio principal mucho olor a cigarrillo dentro de la habitación.

They put our yamato luggage transfer in our room before check-in and they can store our luggage after check-out
The sound of the mini fridge in the room is too loud
Walls too thin , can hear noises of other visitors inside the hotel

a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro Shin-Okubo, a 10 minuti dalla famosa Golden Gai e a 15 minuti dalla stazione di Shinjuku. La struttura è situata in una stradina tranquilla; camera e bagno grandi per gli standard giapponesi. A disposizione un distributore dell’acqua e una piccola sala comune con anche zona fumatori. Regola della struttura doversi togliere le scarpe all ingresso. Pulizia della camera e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Possibilità di poter posticipare fino ad un massimo di due ore il check out al costo di 2000 yen e di lasciare (gratuitamente) i bagagli dopo il check out.
Location is very nice in between Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo with walking access to both, but tucked away on a quiet street away from all the chaos of the area. The rooms were bigger than the standard size in Japan with a full walk-in shower. Hotel staff are diligent to keep the common spaces clean with mandatory slippers. Really appreciate that they were willing to hold our bags before check-in, and moved them into the room for us before we came back later in the day. Would stay here again.
Very minor but bathroom is separated by a curtain rather than a door.
La posizione è molto comoda per esplorare shinjuku e shibuya, la struttura è a pochi minuti dalla stazione di shin-okubo
La stanza era rivolta verso la strada, la finestra per nulla insonorizzata faceva passare ogni rumore. Essendo su una via molto frequentata di sera, ci è capitato più volte di essere svegliati ad orari improbabili (dalle 2 alle 4 di mattina) dalle urla e risate dei passanti. Inoltre, spesso i passanti si fermavano nella zona sottostante alla camera a fumare e l'odore del fumo entrava in stanza. La tendina posta davanti alla finestra, direttamente sopra il letto, fa passare la luce. Consigliamo vivamente tappi e mascherina per un soggiorno in questa struttura.

掛け布団は、ボロ布団。トイレは、ウォシャは無い。階段だらけ。連れ込み宿。
泊まるだけならコスパはとても良いです。アクセスも良くて便利だと思います。コンセントもツインベッドの間には無いのを延長コードを使用して設置してあり、気遣いを感じました。スタッフも感じが良く好感が持てました。
スリッパが使い古され過ぎてて使いたくないと思いました。ドライヤーは音ばかり大きくて風量は弱？ってくらい弱いです。
ここで快適に過ごすなら、マイスリッパとマイドライヤーは必須ですね。

Very good stay and value for money! The location is great with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
Very simple and basic but the room was perfect for us, traveling light with only a backpack.
