The breakfast was great.

Cons:

The pool was down due to a customer "incident". This was a 3 day family trip booked months ago. We booked this hotel because it had a pool. A planned part of our trip was to swim. Our kids were pretty disappointed.

Overall good but facilities could be better.
Pros:

Staff were great and food was great.

Cons:

To many hotels have inadequate gyms. This hotel could definitely use a larger more equipped gym. Also, a hot tub that holds 3 people is insane. Small hot tub and small pool. Very sad.

Le séjour vraiment très moyen
Cons:

Le comportement d une femme de chambre qui est venue frapper la porte notre dernier jour comme ci nous étions les moindres rien. Je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié, j'ai eu vachement peur. Sinon, les autres rien à dire vraiment parfait.

Had a wonderful stay here

This hotel was way better than most of the four star hotels
Breakfast was excellent with different variety and options
Staff was very friendly and helpful to let us check out late
Kids enjoyed the pool and slide (slide was only open on weekends and till 1 pm)
