Schöner Urlaub!
Pros:

Freundliches Personal; Frühstück war ausgezeichnet; Essen war sehr gut; Zimmer war in Ordnung; Schöne Lage;

Cons:

Parkplatzgebühr zu hoch; Parkplatz nur in der Tiefgarage; Bettzeug war am ersten Tag verschmutzt, wurde aber nach Reklamation sofort getauscht!

sehr spätes zimmer check-in, obwohl wir für den spa- bereich 20€ bezahlt haben und dadurch d service in anspruch nehmen wollten, war es nicht möglich dort ein getränk zu konsumieren- bar geschlossen-
restaurantpreise zu hoch,
kein hotel f gehbehinderte, zu viele verschiedene niveaus, viele treppen, nur eine biosauna, dampfbad zu kalt, kein kaltbecken in der sauna

Anspruch erfüllte nicht die Erwartungen.
Pros:

Am E-Parkplatz waren ein Benzin Pickups abgestellt, die Ladestation somit nicht nutzbar, Beim Eingang wird man mit überfüllten Aschenberechern links und rechts und zahlreichen Rauchern empfangen: und das in einem Wellness-SPA Hotel! Am Abend hat der Bar/Empfangsbereich nach Kloake gestunken. Balkon war mit schmutzigem Aschenbecher geziert.

Eigentlich ist alles für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt da, leider gab es Ärgernisse, die bei dem hohen Preis nicht ok sind

Zimmer, genereller Standard der Einrichtung.

Sehr gute Leute am Empfang und im Restaurant.

Cons:

Wenn ich bewusst den hohen Preis für ein Hotel mit Spa in Kauf nehme, dann erwarte ich, dass die beschriebenen Einrichtungen genutzt werden können.
Leider war der Innenpool leer und damit nicht nutzbar und die Sauna war dermaßen aufgeheizt, dass man darin keine Oberfläche berühren konnte. Weder der Boden noch die Sitzbänke waren erträglich. Das schreiben ich und meine Frau als erfahrene und häufige Saunagänger, die gewiss nicht hitzeempfindlich sind.

Der Gipfel war jedoch, dass morgens schon um 9 Uhr vom Reinigungsteam an der Tür geklopft wurde und nachgefragt wurde, wann wir (endlich?) abreisen. Und das, obwohl wir beim Check-In einen Late Check-Out vereinbart hatten (wegen des Spa …)

Zimmer hat leider nach Rauch gestunken.Preis Leistung passt meiner Meinung nicht - das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es wird kein Augenmerk mehr aufs Detail gegeben.

Nad pięknym, modrym Dunajem

Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji, naprawdę dostaliśmy pełną informację na temat hotelu i okolicy. Część SPA i baseny świetne, szeroki wybór produktów na śniadanie, wygodne lobby. Przestrzenie wspólne zadbane, parking.

Cons:

Niestety pokój który otrzymaliśmy nie odpowiadał standardowi nawet 3 gwiazdki. Parter z tarasem to mały pokój z wyjściem na zewnątrz na malutką przestrzeń w żaden sposób nie odgrodzoną od innych użytkowników parterowych pokoi gdzie stał mały, brudny stolik, dwa niewygodne krzesła i pełna niedopałków popielniczka/oboje nie palimy/. Niedopałki niestety leżały w popielniczce przez cały nasz pobyt. Odrapane i zardzewiałe drzwi na taras sprawiały naprawdę przygnębiające wrażenie. Pokój jest bardzo mały a drzwi do łazienki to zasuwana dykta niedająca minimum prywatności. Nie polecam starej części hotelu a tym bardziej pokoi na parterze w tej części. Widziałam pokoje na wyższych piętrach oraz w nowej części i to zupełnie inna bajka, ale ja byłam w tym samym hotelu i nie otrzymałam tych samych świadczeń.

מלון באזור מהמם. נוף לכרמים. חדר מרווח ונוח. מאוד נקי.
כל המתקנים מעולים, סאונות, ג'קוזי ובריכות.
המלון יפה מאוד. רמה גבוהה.
ארוחת בוקר עשירה וטעימה.
לקחנו גם אופנים מהמלון, חוויה כייפית לדווש באזור.
מאוד נהננו ואני מקווה שנחזור.

Ein tolles Hotel für einen Relax Urlaub

Ein wunderschönes Hotel. Wir hatten einen tollen aufenthalt. Besonders haben uns gefallen: das moderne Zimmer, der schöne Spa & Wellnessbereich, das leckere Frühstück und die Möglichkeit zum späten Check-out. Danke!
