Pros:

地點佳，飯店旁就是狸小路，B1 電梯直通地下街，遇到雨雪天也能輕鬆拖行李、搭地鐵，斜對面還有唐吉訶德與機場巴士站。飯店走質感木質工業風，採光好且維護乾淨。是札幌自由行的極佳首選！

Pros:

飯店位於貍小路旁，B1直通地下街，可以一路走到薄野站坐南北線，也可以走到大通站坐東西線跟中豐線，機場的巴士上下車位置也都在附近，地理位置非常方便。
房間大小就一般日本飯店的標準，行李如果打開就沒啥地方能走，但可以把行李推在床的兩側擺放。
每天會有免費的飲料兌換券可以使用。
飯店網路好像時順時不順，但回飯店也都晚了也沒什麼用到。
電梯速度偏慢，開關門的時間都是固定的，沒辦法一按關門電梯就直接關門。
總之會是再次入住的選擇之一。

地點很好對面有唐吉軻德、狸小路吃東西逛街很方便。樓下有便利商店。

Cons:

退房時間有1台電梯在保養維修，只剩1台能用所以等了快30分才搭上。
