Uma estadia muito confortável!

O café da manhã é muito farto e variado. O recepcionista do hotel é muito bem treinado e cortês. Os bagageiros são muito eficientes.

There are thieves stealing from the hotel safes.
Cons:

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. During my trip, I kept my wallet inside the hotel safe and never took it outside. After returning to my country, I realized that one of my cards was missing, and later I found out that it was being used in Brazil.
Can a hotel really be considered safe when the safe can be opened by anyone? I believe the hotel seriously needs to review and reinvestigate all of its staff members.

la gentillesse du personnel et la localisation

Cons:

bruit constant de l eau de la piscine extérieure, des ascenseurs avec des badges qui parfois ne fonctionnent pas, ascenseurs lents et pas synchronises, CH501 salle des bains mouille - eaux passe dessous parois douche, j’attendais a un petit déjeuner plus élaboré.

Pros:

Ubicación; habitación reformada, me tocó tiempo fresquito y no había calefacción, es solo preparado para aire acondicionado, y me facilitaron un calefactor portátil amablemente

Boa localização, gostei dos mimos e conforto. Peguei a meia pensão e o valor foi bem atrativo. O quarto é grande, com sofá e mesa.

Cons:

Apenas a salada podia ser um pouco mais elaborada, parecia salada de PF de padaria.

Cons:

Bij de check-in werd mij (en de volgende dag mijn collega) gezegd dat we dagelijks 3 blikjes water gratis zouden krijgen. Bij de check-out bleek dat het slechts één was. De rest moest betaald worden. Het gaat mij niet om het geld, maar om het gebaar.
