A total disaster

I did not like anything

Cons:

* the food disaster from the breakfast to dinner they bring out food for dinner from the breakfast, everyday the same food no variety
* cockroges everywhere we slept with 3 plus we killed them and the cleaner just left it in the corridor
* the water taste and tye colour of it was the same as rust (brown)
*lifts are disaster we had to wait 10minutes to arrive and its beeps with morw than 3 persons in it( over weight)
*the indoor pool was super cold although on the display of the air-conditioning was showing 28° it felt 20° wveryone colpains we also reported the issue to the reception and to the maintenance men around the hotel but no one took any action regardless the customers complaints
*games room everything was out of order
*children toys machine with balls all of them weren't working written OUT OF ORDER
*all the Maltese where placed on a floor that was very old for sure it wasnt good to stay there even an animal
* the bathrooms where all with yellow like they dont clean it properly

I liked the price and location.

Cons:

I didn't like a few things: 1. Too much noise. 2. The staff was poorly organized, in fact, one of the cleaners came into our room in the afternoon (my husband was in his underwear, zero privacy). 3. We wanted to eat at the restaurant, but the menu was posted outside and the price was €25 per person. I paid at the POS and saw €84. I asked for information and was told that the price had changed because it was a holiday. She was unprofessional and rude, because when that happens, you have to give advance notice. I'm also pregnant, so I had to look for another restaurant at 2:00 am.

Pěkný hotel.
Pros:

K dispozici byl venkovní bazén.
Pěkný, světlý pokoj s balkonem, čisto.
V okolí je hodně obchodů, které jsou dlouho do noci otevřené. Dobrá lokalita, blízko na bus.

Cons:

Vnitřní bazén byl bohužel večer i ráno zavřený...🙄 Na pokoji byla jen 1 židle a na balkoně nebylo nic k sezení. Nebylo, kde si namazat svačinu, nebyl tam ani žádný odkládací tác nebo talíř.
