Highly Recommend Hotel Imperial Tramantano !
Pros:

We stayed here for 10 days and took day trips from this hotel. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. The grounds are also beautiful and the pool is very clean. It's a quiet setting for a busy area. We had a room with a private balcony and the views were amazing with elevator access to the beach. The staff is very polite, responsive, and professional. The breakfast and restaurant are also outstanding. Just a great experience all the way around. The bar staff with Pasquale, Pietro, and Rosario are very professional. The concierges at the front desk with Francesca and Maria were also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Imperial Hotel Tramontano made our stay in Sorrento memorable
Pros:

Great location
- close to town center, restaurants, and shopping
-lift down to beach access
Amazing views
Hotel was extremely clean
Staff was very friendly and receptive
Belvedere Restaurant had excellent food
Spacious bathroom
Our Superior Triple Room w Ocean View had incredible view of the gulf and spectacular sunset view.
I would 💯 recommend.

I wish the pool was open past 5pm.

The location was everything! Hotel itself was very beautiful. Breakfast in the morning with a view! Staff were very friendly and our balcony was beautiful.

Pros:

Это потрясающий отель с историей, восхитительным интерьером, потоясающим видом с террас. Расположение удобное. Рядрм порт, где можно взять лодку доя прогулки на Капри или вдоль побережья. В отеле есть лифт на пляж. Но имейте в виду, это не лифт прямо на пляж, а в педеру, где ты идешь какое-то время внутри педеры, а потом под открытым солнцем спускаешься на пляж вниз по дорожкам.

Cons:

Важно помнить, что в 19 ч закрывается не только ВЫХОД на пляж, но и ВХОД с пляда в отель. Если вы прочитали, что пляж до 19 ч, то это не значит, что на него зайти надо до 19 ч. Главное - уйти до 19 ч. Иначе вы пешком будете карабкаться под палящим солнцем. Калитку после 19 ч не открывают на подъем вверх в лифте. Пришлось умолять открыть и весьи переговоры по домофону

מיקום מושלם למי שרוצה לשהות בסורנטו עצמה, הכל בהליכה כולל הנמל שממנו יוצאים הסירות, יש נוף מדהים (אם מזמינים את החדרים הפונים לים) ארוחת בוקר מגוונת שמתחלפת בחלקה כל בוקר, יושבים עם נוף מדהים הפונה למפרץ.

הבריכה נמצאת ממש צמוד לכביש, החניה לא חינם (אבל גם לא יקרה מידיי)

Pros:

This hotel is beautifully located in relation to the walk down to the lido and port. The pool was simply the best and staff available and kind. It’s perfectly located within the older part of Sorrento and surrounded by lovely eateries and venues. Perfect!

Great hotel!
Pros:

I loved this hotel — excellent location within walking distance of both marinas and the shops and restaurants along Corso Italia. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the bartenders Pasquale and Pietro for great service, great drinks and friendly conversation that made our evenings memorable. Highly recommended.

Vackert, lyxigt hotell på makalöst läge.
Pros:

Makalöst läge på bergskanten alldeles i centrum av Sorrento. Mycket fin hotellbyggnad. Korrekt och vänlig personal. Rum med havsutsikt och lite balkong ger magiska vyer över Neapelbukten.
Har du trädgårdsutsikt så missa inte ett besök på hotellbarens terrass. Ovanligt mjuka och behagliga sängar.

Cons:

Som svensk tycker man kanske att frukosten har aningen för ”italiensk” touch med fokus på det söta. Finns dock tillräckligt av det man ”vill ha”.
Sen har det inte med hotellet att göra. Frukostpersonalen var oerhört snabb och vänlig men man kunde ju önska att en del av gästerna lite bättre kunde hedra hotellets ambitioner och välja lite prydligare klädsel till frukosten. Badshorts och sandaler passar inte i miljön.
Poolpersonalen lite väl angelägen att poolområdet skulle vara tomt vid stängningstid. Dvs i lite väl god tid innan dess kände man att de ville man skulle lämna.
