Amazing hotel, location and staff
Pros:

Amazing location made it so convenient. The staff and facilities were outstanding and so helpful. Room was lovely with a beautiful view.

Cons:

Wifi dropped out a lot but was easy to rejoin.

Ideal location pretty nice hotel
Pros:

This is a fantastic location, and the front garden is beautiful! As other reviewers mention, there is almost no soundproofing. People in the hall woke me up at night, and in the bathroom, I could hear entire conversations next door. The staff was warm and helpful. I would stay here again but bring your earplugs. Breakfast is pretty good, especially as you sit facing the Bay of Naples.

A really wonderful place to stay
Pros:

A lovely luxurious hotel with a large suite with wonderful views over the bay
Breakfast was amazing and the bar also has wonderful sea views but we didn’t eat an evening meal there to review

Nice spot but for the price it would have been nice to get a bit more thought in our room.
Pros:

Great location. View was lovely from the dinning room. Pool staff were great and friendly.

Cons:

The room was bare bones. Nothing special. We never got replacement of the vanity kits even though we used them up within our first 2 days. Also we had 3 people per the booking so they were aware and yet only got 2 vanity kits at first arrival. We stayed for a week. No coffee machine in the room and they said we couldn’t use the bar fridge for our own items.

An enjoyable stay in a old fashioned property with lots of history.
Pros:

Well located.
Great views of the bay.
Lovely relaxing gardens.
Nice pool.
Good breakfast with lovely views.
Helpful staff.
Good grill pool bar for lunches.
Enjoyable cocktail bar for drinks in the evening.

Cons:

Cleaning not great in our bathroom, upon arrival and during stay.
Didn’t replenish toiletries.

Pros:

location was superb. Loved that you could walk right out and go to a million restaurants or shops or beach clubs. Beach clubs were pricey. The area around the hotel I felt was the best in Sorrento! Not sure they were worth it but it's the experience. Greece beach clubs much better and worth it.

Cons:

Stuffy hotel lobby bar, pool location not great.
