Bien mais ffaible pour un 4 étoiles il compte beaucoup sur son emplacement.
Pros:

L emplacement et l’accès à la mer mais les bains de soleil sont payants

Cons:

Pour un quatre étoiles le petit déjeuner reste simple..
Phoniquement c’est pas formidable.
L amabilité du maître nageur pourrait être améliorée.

Beautiful spot but going downhill room wise.
Pros:

Location is superb and elevator is private that goes straight to the beach (however note that unlike a few years ago, the hotel owners split and so the new elevator you have to walk down or up the ramp and stairs for a solid portion). Breakfast buffet was great.

Cons:

Stayed here a few years ago as well. Property is old and beautiful but the rooms are starting to go downhill slowly. Sheets changed were stained, couches in room are stained , mirrors are peeling/cracked. For 1k a night, shouldn’t be that way.

Perfect spot in Sorrento
Pros:

Very good situation in the center, clean, good breakfast. The bartenders at the hotel were absolutely outstanding! They were always friendly, welcoming, and professional, making every evening a pleasure. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and exceptional service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to Pasquale, rosario & pietro—we can't wait to come back!

Loved this experience!
Pros:

I recently stayed here with a friend of mine after we had been to a wedding in Tuscany. It was booked through a tour company, TourTailors , so we didn’t know what we were going to get. The property is amazing! The rooms are immaculate. We had an ocean view room. We were so close to town, and it was so nice to be able to walk quickly to shop, eat, or grab an appetizer, drink or gelato. It had lovely bar overlooking the bay and Mt. Vesuvius. Pietro and Pascual were our bartenders were phenomenal! They were so attentive, and they made excellent drinks…my favorite was the lemoncello spritz. I’ve already recommended this property to several people going this summer and look forward to getting back there!

Pros:

Location was great, with sunset views from the bar and easy access to the port or the beach.

Restaurant, bar and breakfast were good.

Cons:

We were on the top 4th floor like an attic. While we face the sea, view was not that good as more of an oversized port window as was on the roof. So no deck like the others. Got hot in the night due to the roof holding the summer heat, air-conditioning on the coldest made no difference so sleeping was uncomfortable. Room also had internal stairs to the bedroom so had to lug the luggage up the stairs.

I thought for the price I paid will be getting a luxury room, not the case. Lovely building and location but rooms are not lux.

It’s was and ok stay but the cost vs value was not there.
Pros:

Great views, breakfast, and concierge.

Cons:

The rooms were 2 floors. Upstairs would not cool, requested a fan. This is where the bed and bathroom are located. The bathroom had no ventilation. Day 1, the 3rd person bed was not prepared or set up. We paid extra for this accommodation. Cleaning service did not replace toilet tissue or shampoo/conditioner items unless requested. Beach lift was broken one day which made the walk to the port and beach club much more difficult. We stayed at 4 different locations while in Italy. This was the most expensive and we ranked this hotel as our least favorite.

An Amazing experience
Pros:

The location was amazing. Check in staff where helpful. The highlight of this stay was having cocktail at night on the balcony overlooking the water and the bartenders, PASQUALE and PIETRO made this experience the most memorable of our entire trip. They made us amazing cocktails for my wife and daughter and made me one of their special Negroni's (that was their own creation). They made us feel like we were in a movie set and its an experience that my family will remember for a long, long time. I highly recommend this hotel but you must pop into the bar and have Pasquale and Pietro prepare you something special. The breakfast was also amazing and the staff provided excellent service.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about.
