Important information:

For those arriving by car, the hotel is in a restricted traffic area but hotel guests have permission to enter. The easiest thing to do is park at Piazza Partigiani and take the escalator straight up to the hotel.

Via Bonazzi is blocked by an illuminated barrier. Simply press the bell in the wall on your right to deactivate it.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great location, nice hotel, quite a few steps
Pros:

We enjoyed our two day stay very much. Location is excellent but a tip we took a big taxi and it couldn’t fit the narrow lanes to the door. It dropped us in the min square and we had a walk. On leaving the hotel front desk staff ordered a regular taxi that came to the door. Thank you. Yes the roads are very narrow!
The building is very old and the lift doesn’t directly access all rooms so if you have mobility issues advise the hotel in advance.
The room was great. Bed comfortable and wonderfully quiet. There were a few stairs but we were fine.
Breakfast is good but not excellent. Normal for Italy. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff less so.
It was good value but I might look elsewhere next time - as we get older!
Last tip the gelateria Carloni 1989 - just a few steps away possibly the best ever.

Zentrale Lage, Ruhe, großes und hohes Zimmer, freundliches und engagiertes Personal, kleine Dachterrasse, Frühstück und Frühstücksraum

Cons:

Wasser sehr heiß: wird erst nach mehreren Minuten starkem Laufenlassen kühler. Nur Billigkäse. Zu langes Anstehen: Es gibt nur einen einzigen Kaffeeautomaten und keinen separaten Wasserkocher.

Once I got there, it was wonderful!
Pros:

My room was at the very top of Perugia, with windows in three directions. I loved it!!!

Cons:

The location was nearly impossible to find, and the woman who was on the desk at checkin was very unhelpful. And I never did find the free parking lot!

Pros:

Such a cool hotel in an old villa with renaissance frescoes on the ceilings, central but quiet location, great breakfast, helpful concierge, rooftop terrace. Our wing of the hotel was built on an archway over a quiet back street which our balcony overlooked. Very clean. Would stay again next time in Perugia.

Great location, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The shower was horrible leaked everywhere and no air conditioning which I believe they should have had in our dates. Had meds that needed fridge-ration and they were not helpful and all other hotels we stayed in were no problem.

Hotel vétuste par contre bien situé

L'emplacement par rapport au centre historique

Cons:

Équipements vieillots surtout salle de bain vétuste qui demande vraiment d'être rénovée. Le fait que dernier jour coupure eau et lumière information donnée tardivement (rendant impossible l'annulation de notre reservation) Aucun geste de l'hôtel.

Great location, pretty much at the top of the escalators to old town. Just off main drag and close to important attractions but quiet alley so very tranquil. Staff very helpful

Cons:

A bit dark, not much natural light due to narrow alley. “Snug” bathroom. Biggest fail - no emergency escape route markings
