Important information:

For those arriving by car, the hotel is in a restricted traffic area but hotel guests have permission to enter. The easiest thing to do is park at Piazza Partigiani and take the escalator straight up to the hotel.

Via Bonazzi is blocked by an illuminated barrier. Simply press the bell in the wall on your right to deactivate it.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

La colazione varia, la vicinanza al centro storico in cui è possibile fare un aperitivo sfizioso oppure cenare con la tipica cucina umbra e la possibilità di mettere la moto in garage privato. La gentilezza e la cortesia di tutto lo staff è stata la classica ciliegina sulla torta.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare, forse aggiungerei alcuni appendini da muro in bagno per gli asciugamani.

Soggiorno perfetto, peccato che sia stato breve

Personale gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste. Ottima la colazione. L'albergo si trova nel cuore antico di Perugia, in posizione strategica per la visita della città. Il palazzo è antico e conserva alcuni suggestivi spazi comuni, con soffitti affrescati e mobilio d'epoca. All'ultimo piano la vista dalla terrazza su tutta la città e la valle che la circonda è impagabile. Spero di ritornare!

Accogliente in pieno centro
Pros:

Posizione ottima in pieno centro. Convenzione (spesa dimezzata) con parcheggio collegato da una serie di scale mobili (tipiche di Perugia). Ambiente curato ed accogliente, reception sempre presente e disponibile. Camera sufficientemente ampia, molto silenziosa.

Cons:

La colazione a buffet complessivamente è positiva, migliorabile in quanto manca la parte calda, e la sala è di dimensioni un po’ ridotte con sovraffollamento nei momenti di punta.

Will come again.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. It was close to the town, rooms were very peaceful and comfortable. And the staff were very pleasant and helpful. 10 out of 10. 😊

Pros:

Beautiful historic hotel. Location is perfect, so close to the centre but tucked down a quiet road so peaceful. Staff were very friendly and kind. We had misplaced something on the bus and the lady on reception did her best to call around to help. Room was traditional, clean, spacious and had all you needed.

Cons:

Too early in the year for air con but was hot the weekend we stayed. Had to open the window to sleep at night.

Great location, nice hotel, quite a few steps
Pros:

We enjoyed our two day stay very much. Location is excellent but a tip we took a big taxi and it couldn’t fit the narrow lanes to the door. It dropped us in the min square and we had a walk. On leaving the hotel front desk staff ordered a regular taxi that came to the door. Thank you. Yes the roads are very narrow!
The building is very old and the lift doesn’t directly access all rooms so if you have mobility issues advise the hotel in advance.
The room was great. Bed comfortable and wonderfully quiet. There were a few stairs but we were fine.
Breakfast is good but not excellent. Normal for Italy. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff less so.
It was good value but I might look elsewhere next time - as we get older!
Last tip the gelateria Carloni 1989 - just a few steps away possibly the best ever.
