Goed hotel voor een kort bezoek aan het centrum van Reims.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt een in druk uitgaansgebied. Dus zijn er voldoende restaurants en terrasjes aanwezig.
De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend voor een bezoek aan de kathedraal van Reims evenals het centrum.
De liftuitgang van de parkeergarage Erlon ligt bijna tegenover de ingang van het hotel.

Cons:

De badkamer vond ik klein. Een douche, toilet en wasbak waren aanwezig maar daarna bleef er weinig ruimte over.
De kamer bevond zich aan de voorkant van het hotel met uitzicht op terrasjes waardoor er veel lawaai vanaf de straat kwam. Het was dan ook niet raadzaam om het raam 's nachts open te zetten. Met het raam dicht hadden geen last van dat lawaai.

Cons:

The hotel felt a little dated and could use some maintenance, such as the bathroom door and rusty toilet. More concerning was an issue with housekeeping: on one occasion, we returned to find the room had not been cleaned, despite our “please clean our room” sign being displayed. We also noticed a key card left in the electricity slot, which was not ours, raising concerns that someone had entered the room. When we asked about this, we were told the sign needed to be placed the night before, but this did not explain why the room appeared to have been accessed.

Zentrale Lage. Parking sehr nahe in Tiefgarage und Spezialpreis für mehrtäges Parken.

Cons:

Schlecht markiert und schwierig zu finden. Nachts ziemlicher Lärm aus umliegenden Gaststätten trotz geschlossenen Fenstern.

la télévision ne marchait pas et apparemment c'était le cas dans plusieurs chambres... le personnel présent incompétent pour arranger ce manque.

A Sara, recepcionista, é perfeita! Muito simpática, praticamente foi nossa guia, falou várias histórias incríveis da cidade. Hotel limpo e com localização maravilhosa e o isolamento de som é incrível, teve uma festa do lado de fora e estava no 2º andar não ouvi nada com a janela fechada

Cons:

A porta do banheiro só fechava com o ferrolho, a chave na fechava e a porta do quarto precisava empurrar com força para fechar. Café da manhã deles não recomendo, tem coisas incríveis e gostosas, mas se for um dos últimos hóspedes a comer o café da manhã vai provavelmente falta algo, geralmente faltava croissant. Tem cafeterias perto, são uma melhor opção.

breakfast area and selection could be slightly better but it was sufficient for the quick two nights stay we were guests for.
