Das Hotel wird grade renoviert. Überall Plastikfolien, Farbeimer etc. Zimmer winzig. Hinterhofausblick. Laut.

Cons:

Il parcheggio era sotterraneo e non ha permesso l’ingresso del mio Trafic Renault per cui ho dovuto trovare un altro Hotel e pagare anche questo nonostante non abbia potuto accedere.
Lo trovo molto scorretto .

Well located, but tired and dark inside.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location. Underground parking is a short walk away, which has to be paid for separately. From the door of the hotel you can walk to all of the beautiful sights in Reims. A good find, location wise. Bed was extremely comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom were clean. The lady helping at breakfast was charming. I heard some guests struggling because the staff did not speak English.

Cons:

Generally, the hotel was tired and grotty. The public areas are undergoing a refurb with ladders and fixtures strewn about. The whole place is dingy. My room had a view of metal ducting and the sky was just about visible. As I was only there on my own for one night, I didn’t mind, but if this had been a longer stay, it would have been totally unacceptable, especially if there was more than one of us. The breakfast room was cramped and claustrophobic with no natural light.

Chambre non conforme a l'annonce de booking 2 lits simple au lieu 1 double et pas de solution sur place .
J'ai pris une chambre triple plus chère pour avoir un lit double car plus de lit double en chambre simple et je me retrouve dans cgambre une triple avec 3 lits simple travaux dans couloir, chambre cable incendie pas fixé wc laisse a désirer. Sur la personne sympa mais pas de solution a apporter.

Fine for tall people
Pros:

excellent location. Brilliant reception staff. Comfortable bed and effective aircon

Cons:

An awkward fire door - the handle was on the top right hand corner of the door, which my wife could not reach. VERY DANGEROUS had she been on her own with a fire in her room. The room and the hotel generally was tired

Central location right next to a car park for convenience

Cons:

We stayed on floor 3, when we came out of the life, it was a building site, tools materials and dust and sheets everywhere!! We should have been informed of the work and being given a choice, after 1030 also the nightclub/bar noise was too much to sleep, the base of the music was as if it was in the room, spoke to reception and he just shrugged the next morning and spoke only in 🇫🇷

Average- would stay here again but only based on location
Pros:

The location was very good

Cons:

The air conditioning was basically none existent on the 4th floor and it was extremely uncomfortable. We were not made aware that the hotel was being renovated and so we were woken up most days by the noise from the work being done

De airco en het bad, mooie kamer
Perfecte ligging om alles te voet te doen

Verbouwingswerken bezig in de gang waar wij lagen
De Tv die niet werkte
Ontbijt was chaotisch, men moest naar alles vragen, borden, bestek, glazen, tassen.
Het eten was niet aangevuld, geen fruitsap, vleeswaren,.....
Na de vraag om bij te vullen stond er warm fruitsap en 4 plakken ham.....

Nice accommodations in the center of Reims; great staff.
Pros:

This was a nice hotel right in the center of Reims. There's a underground parking lot just 50 yards from its front door. There was a problem with one of the rooms -- the AC wasn't working -- but the staff worked hard with us to find a work around. There was no hestitation about refunding our money for the room. The staff was also very helpful as we made our plans to visit Reims.
