Madame la réceptionniste était très très bien , souriante et professionnelle.
Chambre propre et bon petit déjeuner .
L'hôtel est excellemment bien situé pour aller à Venise en bus et vend aussi les billets .

Happy Holiday Hotel
Pros:

The location was great, The stop oute for bus service was a bonus going to Venice 30 mins and Fusina campsite 6 mins where you can get water taxi again to Venice., tickets at reception. The staff are the best from booking to departure. Day & night reception staff perfect as was room staff. Fresh towels and linen, toilet a little dated but spotless. There is no bar so quiet which suited us. The local pub restaurant is 2 minutes away with great selection of drink and food very tasty and well priced, we had coffee and pastry in the local family run bakers. They have breakfast which looked good but we are not breakfast people more brunch. We booked a taxi with Ryanair which I wouldn't do if going again as there is a shuttle bus from airport. Heads up I booked taxi for 1 hour after arrival at Marco Polo incase held up at passport control, which happened. The local taxi driver charged 40 euros for excess delay
He said they arrive at airport when plane lands. I spoke to his Manager who said I had to pay but this was nothing to do with hotel. Taking up with Ryanair.
All in all Malcontenta is a nice place very clean and we had a great time. Many thanks for looking after us.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, le personnel tellement gentil et serviable, et la chambre était nickel et confortable ! Un peu loin de Venise mais desservi par un bus qui passe toutes les heures

Cons:

Die Duschtasse war definitiv zu klein. Ich bin schlank gebaut und konnte mich darin kaum bewegen.
Das an eine Wand platzierte Doppelbett konnte nur von einer bzw von der Fußseite belegt werden.
