Super entspannend und sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Wir waren inzwischen das 5. oder 6. mal dort. Der Aufenthalt ist immer sehr erholsam. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch der Wellness-Bereich ist nie überlaufen oder "laut" sodass man sehr gut entspannen kann. Die Massagen sind göttlich. Das Abendessen hat immer eine gute Auswahl. Auch Sonderwünsche werden immer berücksichtigt oder geprüft ob sie erfüllt werden können.

Cons:

Die Bar wird derzeit umstrukturiert und einiges war nicht mehr vorhanden oder konnte nicht gemixt werden weil einfach die Zutaten fehlten. Das war ein kleiner Minus-Punkt. Aber dann trinkt man halt was anderes und gut is ;)

Es war Okay, aber für den Preis und die Kategorie mehr erwartet...
Pros:

Der Wellness & Spa-Bereich ist gut. Viele kleine Séparées und Kuschelecken. Pools sind schön angelegt. Wie es ist wenn es voll ist, kann nicht bewertet werden. Sauna-Bereich ist "okay" bis "gut". Nicht viele Alternativen und der Beamer ist nett gemeint, Sauna-Stimmung ist es aber nicht ;-)
Die Bar und Gastro-Bereich ist sehr schön und das Essen auch sehr gut! Die Bar und Anlage sind super stylisch und auch modern.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind vom Stil her in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem sind die Armaturen und Zugänge auf Inklusion älterer Menschen oder stark eingeschränkter Menschen ausgelegt, was im Prinzip ja gut ist. Allerdings sind diese Art der Zimmer i.d.R. eigene Zimmer und so wirkt die Benutzung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und auch nicht so ansprechend.

Die Zimmer sind allgemein vom Stile her eher 80er als 2020er... Ist dann halt Geschmackssache

Moc pěkný hotel. Celkově taková rodinná atmosféra. Určitě lze doporučit.

Eine Woche Kurzurlaub

Der Wellness Bereich und vor allem das Personal in der Sauna war Super.

Leider ein deutlicher Qualitätsverlust – wir kommen nicht wieder

Wir waren inzwischen bereits zum siebten Mal in diesem Hotel. Umso enttäuschender ist es, dass beim Check-in keinerlei Wertschätzung für treue Stammgäste erkennbar war – nicht einmal ein freundlicher Hinweis oder ein kleines Upgrade-Angebot.

Seit unserem ersten Aufenthalt stellen wir leider einen kontinuierlichen Abwärtstrend fest. Besonders beim Essen wurde nach und nach immer mehr eingespart. So gibt es beispielsweise das früher täglich angebotene Schwarzbrot nicht mehr, abends fehlen Schmalz, Dips und weitere Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt früher deutlich aufgewertet haben.

Auch der technische Zustand lässt zunehmend zu wünschen übrig. Im Schwimmbad war der Brunnen am Eingang außer Betrieb, der LED-Bildschirm defekt und die Wasserstrahldüsen konnten nicht mehr zugeschaltet werden. Hinzu kamen Baustellen im Dach-Wellnessbereich, die das Gesamtbild zusätzlich beeinträchtigten.

Die größte Enttäuschung war jedoch, dass während unseres Aufenthalts keine Übertragung der Fußball-WM angeboten wurde. Obwohl ich mehrere dieser Punkte an der Rezeption angesprochen habe, gab es keinerlei Reaktion oder erkennbare Bemühungen.

Ein besonders kritischer Punkt betrifft die Sicherheit meines Sohnes: Bereits bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt habe ich ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass er unter einer schweren Nussallergie leidet. Trotzdem erhielt er nusshaltige Speisen, was zwei Arztbesuche zur Folge hatte. Ein solcher Vorfall darf in einem Hotelbetrieb nicht passieren.

Unser Fazit fällt deshalb leider eindeutig aus: Trotz vieler schöner Erinnerungen an frühere Aufenthalte hat die Qualität in den vergangenen Jahren spürbar nachgelassen. Unter diesen Umständen werden wir nicht wiederkommen.

Cons:

Relativ viel Verkehrslärm z. Bsp. laute Motorräder trotz Kurort und Fahrverbot in bestimmten Zeiten.
