Hôtel très convenable, la climatisation avait été allumée avant notre arrivée, très appréciable pendant la canicule...
Le personnel est très aimable , souriant et courtois.
Mais il faut entretenir davantage la salle de bains, ne pas hésiter la javel ou refaire les joints, c'est la base.

Sous la douche, nous avons été brûlés par l'eau qui sortait du pommeau, tantôt glacée, tantôt bouillante. La qualité de l'eau était épouvantable : pendant les cinq minutes que chacun d'entre nous a passées sous la douche, l'eau était tantôt glacée, tantôt bouillante (je dirais à plus de 40 degrés), ce qui nous a brûlé le cuir chevelu et les épaules, à mon mari et moi.
J'ai déjà déposé une réclamation à la réception ; nous sommes dans la chambre 011.

Nous sommes désolés, cela fait plus de 10 ans que nous réservons dans cette chaîne d'hôtels, et c'est la première fois que nous sommes confrontés à une telle situation.

Ma demande particulière formulée sur le site Booking lors de la réservation n'avait pas été communiquée à l'hotel Campanile. L'hotel a satisfait ma demande malgré la non information.

Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Tolle Lage , nah an der Autobahn , praktisch für die Durchreise , trotzdem ruhig . Kostenlose Parkplätze, sicher , direkt vor der Haustür. Extrem nettes Personal, sehr kompetent und bemüht. Man fühlt sich willkommen . Einfache aber praktische Einrichtung, sauber . Das Frühstück sehr lecker , viele Brotsorten , frisches Obst , guter Kaffee. Schönes ruhiges Restaurant. Preis Leistung überraschend angemessen . Sind froh so ein tolles Plätzchen für unsere jährliche Durchreise nach Spanien gefunden zu haben.
