We slept well!
Pros:

Great breakfast lovely rm swimming pool quiet rm

Cons:

The luggage cart wheels were flat. The attendant gave us this one to use and didn’t seem to care that it could not possibly be used by us.
Parking was expensive!

Cons:

La chambre était bruyante à cause de la climatisation qui se déclenchait toutes les heures. Je pense que cette climatisation était pour tout l'hôtel et pas uniquement pour ma chambre.

Lots of seats in reception to meet with the family group I was with

Cons:

Staff team didn’t seem that engaged apart from young valet parking man who was very helpful.
Bins in reception overflowing for the full 24 hours of our stay and staff not busy all the time…
Bathroom fittings tired and rusty but we’re clean.

Hotel grestcas I use the chain often but aircon not working properly in heat wave was a disaster

Für einen Roadtrip ok

Die gute Verkehrsanbindung hat uns gefallen, dass man die Möglichkeit auf ein Frühstück hatte war ganz praktisch, an sich war das Hotel auch sauber, das Personal war nett. Dass man sich den ganzen Tag über Getränke (Kaffee/Tee etc.) machen konnte fanden wir gut.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren finden wir sehr hoch, wir haben daher auf einem max. 5 Minuten entfernten Parkplatz geparkt, anstatt um die $ 150,-- für 3 Tage gerade mal $ 17,-- für diese Zeit. Als wir recht spät Abends eingetroffen sind und eigentlich nur ein Bett wollten teilte man mir mit dass keine Buchung vorliegt, trotz Buchungsbestätigung auf meinem Handy. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption musste dann kurz mit seinem Chef sprechen, daraufhin hat man uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt. Ich verstehe zwar nicht wie das passieren kann aber gut, es wurde dann ja noch gelöst. Der Frühstücksraum wo das Frühstück aufgebaut ist könnte öfters auch während der Frühstückszeit gepflegt werden, manche Gäste (dafür kann das Hotel nichts) verhalten sich einfach wie Tiere, dann sieht es auch dementsprechend aus.

Good location and value for a comfortable place to sleep.
Pros:

The location was a 5-10 minute walk from the convention, and the room was extremely spacious.

Cons:

The shower head wasn't very flexible, the shower curtain was a bit short, and the water didn't get very hot. One of the two elevators was broken, and going down from the top floor in the morning required a long wait to get on and stopping on every single floor on the way down.
