Just what I needed.
Pros:

Safe reliable parking, gym, free breakfast, clean hotel 20 min walk from my event.

Pros:

I like how quiet the room was. The hotel was a good distance from Coors Field. The breakfast was good and went till 10am, which is nice for late sleepers. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was only 1 elevator. It could have been cleaner and kept up better. The bathrooms need updating with fans. The pillows need upgrading.

Mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande pas

Lit confortable, stationnement facile dans la rue (gratuit le samedi et dimanche), 16ème avenue à 15 min à pieds

Très mauvaise expérience vécue dans cet hôtel.
Booking m'a surclassée du fait de mon statut Genius dans une suite en duplex. J'étais très contente jusqu'à ce que l'on entre dans la chambre et que l'on se rende compte qu'il n'y avait PAS de fenêtre dans le salon au rez de chaussée de la chambre. Une seule très petite fenêtre se situait dans la chambre à l'étage. Le manque de lumière était extrêmement dépriment. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais l'hôtesse a été très désagréable à plusieurs reprises et était constamment sur son téléphone ou à passer des coups de fils personnels sur haut parleur. Nous la dérangions. Nous avons dû garder cette chambre horrible avions hâte de partir car nous avions l'impression d'être dans un bunker.
Le petit déjeuner était très sale : les tables pas débarrassées ni nettoyées, nous avons dû débarrasser les saletés des personnes ayant occupé la table avant nous. Le sol collait par terre, les poubelles débordaient.

Quand à la chambre, une étiquette dans la salle de bain disait que les serviettes seraient changées tous les jours, les lits seraient fait, les poubelles vidées, cela n'a pas été le cas, personne n'est jamais passé dans notre chambre pour le ménage.

La piscine était très sale, l'eau était trouble donc nous n'avons pas souhaité nous y baigner.

Au prix payé je ne recommande clairement pas cet hôtel

Excellent rooms in Denver
Pros:

Comfy and big room, everything was clean and in order. The walls are perfectly insulated and you don't hear noises from outside. The breakfast was excellent with many different choices. The location is also excellent, since the hotel is in downtown.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was fine.

Cons:

We had a reservation and the lady at the front desk couldn’t find our reservation. She did accommodate us and knocked a couple dollars from our original price but we chose not to stay there due to the lack of a pool.

Staff was friendly and after they resolved the problem I did ask for compensation and they gave it for one night.
Pros:

Great location to downtown and price was good!

Cons:

The elevators was out for a whole day and we were on the 6th floor! I just had surgery 6 weeks prior so going up the stairs was not fun!

Nothing bad nothing outstanding. It was a good basic hotel stay that fit my travel needs.
Pros:

I was pleased with the breakfast and the fact that the room stayed cod the whole time.

Cons:

They were down to one elevator, and that one was shaky and a bit unnerving. Also the first night when they checked on me they said they’d send things up I needed that never arrived. However next day I let them know and they honored my request for late checkout so it helped.
