Apart from the staff Leo at front desk who welcome me and family well the supervisor lady seating with leo during my check in was arrogant and had an awful attitude. Leo is such an amazing staff
The facility is run down, no proper ventilation, my room was smelling of smoke from the other guest. AC was not working

Only 1 issue 2 single mattresses together, but not a real problem

the location is amazing and comfortable, cleaning and with all the service access, the reception is very nice, the room has all the facilities.

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho se lo comentamos y no hicieron nada, se salía el agua de la ducha, las puerta no se abría bien con la tarjeta, se escucha mucho ruido en los pasillos y se rompió la cadena, estuvimos un día para que vinieran a repararlo y luego las fotos que sale de la piscina en cruz no es del hotel es de un restaurante de enfrente y hay que pagar para entrar así que no es esa la piscina del hotel
