Le point fort decet hotel l'emplacement et le personnel après je trouve que c'est cher pour le prix

Quite frankly this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed Particularly for a price of over £600 for 4nights.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Room had balcony though not what was expected. Was small and railings were not very steady so felt unsafe to use. Reception staff not very welcoming or friendly. Toilet seat was in our room was moving and not firmly fixed to pot. On request, we were provided with a broken pressing iron, we requested a large double bed but was provided with a room with two single beds put together where the joints kept shaking every time you step on and off the bed. The single mattresses also kept separating as one turn sides on the bed. Room was cleaned once on request but only sheets were changed , the bin, hand towels and shower mat was removed though the shower Mat was not replaced. The hotel Gym had very old and rusty equipments which were a hazard. My partner tried to use the hill steps and ended up with scratches at the back of his leg. The Swimming pool was not up to expected standard. Breakfast was nothing but regular English breakfast . Room air conditioning was loud and noisy, also not very effective as we were still feeling the heat. The floor on the Hallway outside our room was always wet with patches of water leaking from somewhere between two rooms.

Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, is has a bar and a pool and the interior is nice

Cons:

First we arrived very later and only one room was left on the 6th floor and it smelled like mold, so we requested a new one, but nothing was free, so we needed to wait until the next day for this, but the room needs to be fixed, you can not let people stay in a moldy room, it can cause health problems. Also something that you really need is a filtered water spender, the guest need to have access to drinkable water and not be left like that to go buy some. The cleanness was also a bit questionable.

Ok but don’t book again
Pros:

The property is very close to the bus stations and local restaurants. It also has a great view to the bay.

Cons:

The room had an odd small and was super humid, the bathroom was even worse, the smell was really bad and full of humidity. On the first day had some bugs appearing in the bathroom. The ceiling had a broken fan and the door was very old, paint was chipping off. The pool is not the same as the photos, the pool in the photos is from a local bar that you can go. The actual pool is very small, they also have an indoor pool which was nice but the water was warm. For the price you pay the quality of the room should be much much better!

hotel w dobrej lokalizacji zaraz przy przystankach komunikacji miejskiej, w hotelu czysto i pachnąco śniadania dobre każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie ,obsługa naprawdę świetna Leo pomocny facet :) pozdrawiam

troszke głośno od ulicy ale chyba każdy sie z tym liczy wybierając ten hotel widząc na mapie w jakim miejscu jest położony.

Unfortunately, our stay was a little disappointing.

We paid extra for a bay-view room, but we were given a room on the first floor, where the view of the bay was very limited. Considering the additional price for the “bay view,” we expected a much better and clearer view.

On top of that, the air conditioning stopped working on our last day, which made the room quite uncomfortable.

The location was good, but overall, I don’t think the room matched what we paid for, especially considering the extra charge for the bay view.
