Basen, zimna woda i mały. Prysznic przeciekał z kazdej strony.
What really deserves a praise is the staff! So helpful and polite! Anytime I came to frontdesk with an issue or to ask for help they were always eager to help. They deserve a raise! And they were so kind! The rooms were nice and tidy. No complaints. The location was good - right outside a bus stop, so very convenient. Breakfast was very good - vast choice and tasty.
The only annoying thing was the constant noise of construction works, they started very early, but it’s not the hotel’s fault, Gzira seems to be one big construction site.

Μου ζητήθηκε εγγύηση 100€ για το δωμάτιο, με διαβεβαίωση επιστροφης εντός 14 ημερών από το check-out, η οποία δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε ποτέ, παρα το γεγονος οτι το δωμάτιο παραδόθηκε σε άριστη κατάσταση. Το ξενοδοχείο επικαλέστηκε «λάθος χρέωση» και μου ζητήθηκε να συμπληρώσω φόρμα με στοιχεία τραπεζικής κάρτας, κάτι που δεν αποδέχθηκα για λόγους ασφάλειας, καθώς πρόκειται για ενέργεια που δεν συνάδει με ορθή διαδικασία επιστροφής. Η επικοινωνία ήταν προβληματική και χωρίς απάντηση σε κλήσεις, παρόλο που μεσολάβησε και η πλατφόρμα μεσω της οποίας έγινε η κράτηση. Πολύ αρνητική εμπειρία και κακή διαχείριση πελάτη.

The hotel is modern.
The sea view room had a nice view of the harbour.

Breakfast choices were alright.
As all the reviews say, the shower leaks everywhere, we used 4 pool towels a day to mop up the bathroom which felt like a massive waste.
There were ants all over the hotel room.
The sink was in front of the toilet so when you sat down you had to sit at a weird angle with your legs.
The fridge didn’t work.
The safe was broken.
Our “double” bed was two singles pushed together which kept sliding apart with a huge gap in the middle.
The road outside was so loud all night and the bar downstairs played music past midnight.
Couldn’t enjoy the balcony as the main road is right outside and it was so loud all day.
Pool was only open 10-6 which is extremely weird.
The indoor and outdoor hot tubs were stone cold, seemed pointless having them.
The entire hotel stinks of cigarettes including the lobby and stairwells.
Don’t eat at any of the restaurants nearby, instead walk 15 mins at least round to Sliema to get anything good.
