I spoke to the receptionist to send someone to change the coffee maker, was not working, talked to them twice and no help and service.
The I asked to change the shampoo and had soap bottles but nothing. I asked for room service hot tea because the coffee machine was broken, never came:( Swimming pool dirty, I never see so many algae sticking in the bottom, sometimes you walked and you felt the glutinous bottom,

Decepción Total deben atender a todos por igual

Cons:

Nos hemos hospedado en varias ocasiones, pero esta vez fue decepcionante por dos cosas 1. La habitación que nos dieron tenía olor fuerte a humedad
2. La habitación tenía en un closet unos tableros eléctricos de alta para aires acondicionados sin ningún tipo de seguridad y me preocupa porque siempre vamos con mis hijas y puede ser causal de un accidente
3. En un desayuno no puede ser que no pudieran darnos unos huevos hervido para mis hijas y nos hicieran esperar una hora no puede ser

Siempre vamos en familia a pasarla bien a descansar pero fue mal esta vez
