El hotel no condice con el personal de servicio

La zona de piscina y el tamaño de la habitación

Cons:

La limpieza es mediocre. Los vidrios de la ventana hace años que no se limpian. No me hicieron la habitación el primer día (21 hs vinieron porque a esa hora llegué, encontré todo sin arreglar y avisé).
Quienes se ocupan del restaurante se demoran siempre y traen todo a destiempo; el salón del desayuno es muy pequeño para lo enorme que es el hotel (.....un caos de gente y comida que se acaba). Luego se disculpan y tratan de solucionarlo.

El estilo resort en la ciudad y la ubicación

Cons:

Los elegí para mi segundo viaje a panama dado que al primero en el mes de mayo no pude asistir. No me gustó que no me hayan reembolsado mi primer estadía aun cuando era por temas médicos de urgencia, el hotel rehusó a hacer reembolso. De igual forma los elegí pero me hubiese gustado un mayor entendimiento de la situación y hubiesen podido devolver esa reserva

Todo muy bien
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, rica la comida, limpio, agradable. Las habitaciones son super cómodas y amplias y muy bien la gente que atiende.

Cons:

El gym, me parece muy chico y despojado para semejante hotel!!

The pros and cons for this hotel!
Pros:

The location, the front staff and the kitchen staff.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean enough as the cleaner missed a few areas constantly, the room smelled moldy and we asked for some air freshener but we didn't get any, we had to buy one! And the building looked under maintened.

Las camas cómodas y limpieza todos los días de las habitaciones

Cons:

La piscina muy sucia y le falta mucho mantenimiento a todas las instalaciones incluyendo la habitación que era una súperior se supone , en regular estado el clóset por ejemplo ventanas súper sucias .

Tienen mucho que mejorar
Pros:

Lugar bastante céntrico. Habitación limpia y cómoda. Ahora nunca había estado en un lugar con un servicio tan pésimo. En el Front Desk, Restaurantes la experiencia fue fatal. No tengo ningún deseo de regresar.

Cons:

El servicio pésimo de todos los empleados. Deja mucho que desear. No tienen la más minima idea de lo que es servicio al cliente.
