Für eine Städtereise sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Unser Zimmer im 5. Stock hatte einen großen Balkon. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig.
Alles war sauber.
Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, die Backwaren waren sehr gut.
Die Lobby ist als Treffpunkt für Gäste und Besucher gestaltet.
Der Service ist sehr gut, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht auf Wünsche ein.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit den Öffis ist alles in Wien problemlos zu erreichen. Gute Lokale fußläufig zu erreichen

Cons:

Teppichboden im Zimmer ist etwas unhygienisch.
Der Saft zum Frühstück ist kein Saft.

Pros:

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész személyzet!!!, tiszta szobák, finom reggeli. Remek közösségi tér (biliárd, társasjáték, könyvek). Szuper volt a szobákhoz tartozó terasz.
A hotel könnyen megközelíthető, buszmegálló, villamos és metró is a közelben, innen a belváros is rövid időn belül elérhető.
A tusfürdő illata varázslatos 😍

Hat alles gut geklappt, Personal zurückhaltend nett. Zimmer gross für drei Personen. Betten sehr bequem. Lage sehr gut. Garage bisschen eng und wenig Platz. Frühstück könnte meiner Meinung nach einwenig erweitert werden, zb mit Spiegeleiern, Avocado, mehr Auswahl an Käse und Wurst (jeweils nut zwei), vegan gibt es zwei unterschiedliche Aufstriche...aber "jammern" auf hohen Niveau. Für uns als Familie und für drei Nächte mehr als ausreichend.

TV Gerät hat nicht funktioniert;

Beim Bestellen von Getränken im Barbereich wurden wir darauf hingewiesen - only CASH - aber Wechselgeld hatten sie auch keines.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen großen Aufenthaltsbereich im Erdgeschoss, die Betten sind bequem und es gibt eine große Frühstücksauswahl. Das junge Personal ist überwiegend freundlich.

Cons:

Falls ihr vegetarisch frühstücken möchtet, ist die Auswahl an z.B. Käse deutlich geringer als die Wurstauswahl. Die oberen Etagen können nur über den Aufzug erreicht werden, die Türen zu den Etagen kann man aus Feuerschutzgründen nicht vom Treppenhaus öffnen. Auf Serviceanfragen wird freundlich eingegangen, aber die Anliegen werden nicht unbedingt umgesetzt, vielleicht aus Mangel an Personal?
