Pulizia inesistente, peli in camera e in bagno ovunque. Piastrelle nei corridoi rotte, Ascensore arrugginito, bagno con muffa e ruggine. Camera che non vale neanche 100 euro

Wouldn’t stay here again!
Pros:

Great location if you are looking to party. It also has a big pool which is nice!

Cons:

Our room had ants we did luckily get switched to a different room. The breakfast was horrible! You didn’t have a lot of different options. The food also tasted really bad. Definitely not worth 4 stars more like a 2-3 star hotel.

Not a 4 star hotel for the money.
Pros:

This hotel isn't a 4 star for the money.
The breakfast was cheap & bland.
Also my Bose speaker was stolen from the pool area by whoever the staff was that tidied the sun loungers up. Really can't stand dishonest people that take opportunities to take people belongings rather than hand it in. Better Hotels in the area for the money.

Mi dispiace perché nel complesso la struttura merita molto, ma l’igiene è la cosa fondamentale.

Ho soggiornato al Fergus Style Bahamas e nel complesso ho apprezzato molto diversi aspetti della struttura.

La camera era molto grande e ben strutturara. La colazione è stata davvero eccellente, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti e di ottima qualità.

La piscina, situata al centro dell'hotel, è ben tenuta e rappresenta un piacevole punto di ritrovo. Anche gli spazi comuni sono curati: l'arredamento è moderno e la presenza di piante e fiori rende l'ambiente ancora più gradevole e accogliente.

Ho apprezzato anche la musica dal vivo organizzata la sera, che crea una bella atmosfera senza risultare invadente. La hall è ampia, fresca, moderna e ideale per rilassarsi.

Infine, la posizione è uno dei maggiori punti di forza dell'hotel: è a pochi passi dai famosi locali Hi Ibiza e Ushuaïa Ibiza e, più in generale, è comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona.

Cons:

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata fortemente compromessa dalla gestione della camera e dall'assistenza ricevuta.

Al mio arrivo ho trovato la camera in condizioni di pulizia inaccettabili, con la presenza di numerosi insetti. Ho chiesto più volte di essere spostato in un'altra stanza, ma la mia richiesta non è mai stata accolta. Mi è stato detto che sarebbe stata effettuata una pulizia approfondita, ma, al mio rientro, la situazione era sostanzialmente invariata: erano ancora presenti insetti e persino ragni, rendendo la permanenza davvero spiacevole.

Considerando il costo elevato del soggiorno, mi aspettavo standard di pulizia e assistenza decisamente superiori. Dormire in una camera in quelle condizioni è stato molto deludente.

Un altro aspetto negativo è stato il forte odore presente nella camera. Ho chiesto se fosse possibile evitare l'utilizzo di deodoranti per ambienti o profumazioni particolarmente intense, ma anche in questo caso la mia richiesta non è stata presa in considerazione.

È un vero peccato, perché la struttura ha molti punti di forza. Con una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia delle camere e una migliore gestione delle richieste degli ospiti, l'esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente più positiva.
