Layout is complicated, so many people were lost couldn’t find their coins due to the many exists and entrances in the hotel! Signs are very confusing! Onsite supermarket fantastic! Terrace pool and bar great, well priced food and drink

Cons:

We had booked a room with a terrace front and back (4th floor). The sunbeds had been removed from the front, not as stated in photos when we booked (pink round at the front).
Venue drink prices are double the price of the pool bar. This is not good when you are a resident of the hotel. The beer and cider is the same so why do you need to charge one for being the other side of the wall, literally! Also the venue staff are very rude and moody, pool bar staff smile, greet you and generally look like they are enjoying their work.

had an awful stay and would definetly not recommend anyone to stay here

access to the pool and venue were nice

Cons:

very few standard amenities were not met such as easy access to wifi infomation, a kettle or iron which would be normal in other hotels... there was constant noise during the night with random people banging on my door at 5am and there was constant uncontrolled unsociable behaviour in the hotel

Une expérience médiocre.... à fuir !

Cons:

Au delà de l'accueil froid et désagréable, le séjour de 7 nuits s'est transformé en une seule nuit avant de réserver ailleurs !
Une chambre "basique" certes, mais avec des installations vétustes, une kitchenette avec des meubles et vaisselles sales, les couverts dans un tiroir délabré au ras du sol.
Pas d'isolation, ni les murs, ni les portes.
Un établissement rempli de jeunes alcoolisés du matin au soir, impossible de dormir !
Des gens hurlent en permanence, entre les balcons, dans les couloirs, toute la nuit.... bref, une expérience médiocre !
Nous avons donc dû repayer un séjour dans un autre hôtel.
Le seul geste positif que l'hôtel ait fait quand nous sommes parties après la première nuit, c'est d'accepter de nous rembourser le reste de la taxe de séjour (24 euros).Ils nous ont proposé de rester et d'appeler la sécurité la nuit autant de fois que necessaire si besoin, mais ce n'est pas notre vision d'un hôtel d'appeler la sécurité toute la nuit....
Nous ne remettrons évidemment jamais les pieds dans cet établissement !

Short stay with no issues
Pros:

just returned after a 3 day stay in Ibiza Rocks, stayed in room 520, room was clean, neat, tidy and had a good shower and warm water. The quiet pool was great during the day, ample sun beds and loungers. Drinks were reasonably priced and the waiters and cafe staff were all lovely. Hotel is a short walk to town and plenty of taxi's available.

Déçu de l’hôtel qui ne correspondait pas à la description du site, très calme le soir et en journée et tout était payant

La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos ni l ambiance que l on peut voir sur les photos
Tout est payant sur place si vous voulez prendre le petit dej ou descendre à la piscine du bas pour profiter de la musique
Hôtel très calme comparé à ce que l on peut voir sur leur site
La chambre que nous avons eu été situé au dessus de l’entrée de l’hôtel donc aucune visibilité sur la piscine et une décoration pas belle
Il n y avait même pas du café ou du thé à disposition dans la chambre
Par contre niveau bruit des machines de sport là on était servi
