Fun place to stay
Pros:

The reception staff and the bar/waiting staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive always smiling and happy. The security trams were always friendly to us. I did feel safe.
The maintenance issues were fixed immediately.

Cons:

Cost of drinks and how heavy handed the security were in certain instances which I & other people witnessed. I understand there are rules and regulations that need to be upheld but we did witness some very unnecessary heavy handed behaviour from the security team which really upset us.

C’était cool mais le personnel pas ouf

Bonne ambiance

Cons:

Il y avait des cafards dans la chambres et dans les couloirs de l’hôtel.
Les employés font aucun effort avec les français. Même si vous parlez espagnol très bien ou un minimum et que vous vous faites comprendre. Ils vous prennent de haut. Même juste en disant bonjour ou merci, ils vous réponde pas.
