Modern facilities, a youthful atmosphere, and a great location

Cons:

A member of staff working at the entrance of the property behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner towards my boyfriend, who is currently disabled. He was told to take the long way around because the staff member refused to lift the rope and allow us to use the normal route to reach our room (certain paths to the rooms are closed during pool parties). Despite knowing nothing about our situation, he accused us of pretending and implied that we would simply go out and walk normally once we left. The idea that someone would fake a disability in Ibiza, struggle on crutches, and go through all of this for some supposed benefit is absolutely absurd and deeply offensive. This kind of behavior is utterly unacceptable in a hospitality environment. In my opinion, someone who treats a disabled guest in such a degrading and disrespectful manner should be immediately dismissed from their position. I strongly urge management to investigate this incident and take serious action.

All the events being included and access to pool beds is nice, however the pool parties aren't really anything to rave about.
The air conditioning got really cold and circulated around the room well which was nice after coming back from being in the extreme heat all day

Cons:

Cockroaches found in the bathroom, the water would get extremely cold and then hot suddenly almost burning myself while showering a few times. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly enough and also not cleaned until the day before we left. The lighting is terrible, the TV could at least be smart, I expected more from this hotel, will not be returning.
