Pros:

I stayed 2 nights in the bridge view room. The sea view toward the bridge and the Bosphorus is really fantastic, except for another tall hotel building standing in front. Everything here is truely nice Good memory in Istanbul!

O quarto era excelente! Muitos armários para acomodar as roupas, espaçoso, boa roupa de cama, ótimo colchão.
Banheiro grande e funcional.
A concierge extremamente prestativa e nos deu varias dicas de passeios, de locomoção pela cidade.

Cons:

As roupas de banho devem melhorar, não condiz com um hotel 5 estrelas.
Fomos confirmar nosso transfer para o aeroporto e a recepcionista não achava a reserva feita pela concierge. Disse também que o valor que a concierge havia nos passado não fazia parte da tabela deles.
Após insistência nossa, ela fez algumas ligações e confirmou que estava tudo ok, mas perdeu a paciência e foi rude… nem se desculpou!

La comida es espectacular, el precio esta muy bien, es super limpio y el servicio muy bueno

Es un poco lejos de las atracciones turísticas y el tráfico a las hora pico no ayuda para tomar taxis
