Good
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, although the area around it can be quite busy. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

For a five-star hotel, the facilities are somewhat limited. The restaurants also lack variety when it comes to food options. The hotel is quite expensive, and considering the price, I don’t feel it offers good value for money. However, it is still worth experiencing at least once.

Pros:

Its nice looking building, inna central area near Taqsim and Basiktas, the staff are friendly, rooms nice and clean, the breakfast is good with many vaieties
Thanks for the staff who sent a birthday cake to my room in the occasion of my kid’s birthday

Lovely, authentic, very clean and posh hotel
I really liked the place with its authentic turkish vibes and the hotel cat in the lobby was so cute

Pros:

Very conveniently located just opposite the Havaist bus terminal from IST airport.

Cons:

We had a change of room but the initial room had lingering aroma of cigarette smoke and the hotel changed the room once we brought it to their attention.

On a réservé deux chambres ils nous ont donné une grande suite deux chambres salon 3 salle de bain, vraiment ils étaient très gentil avec nous, l'hôtel est propore et pas loin de la rues istiklal
