Pros:

Otel beklentilerimizin de üzerindeydi. Odalar temiz ve genişti, içeride her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Personel çok güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi.
Yatağımız çok rahattı, kahvaltı oldukça kaliteliydi. Kahvaltıda personel de oldukça güler yüzlü ve aktifti, kahvalti salonundaki çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi,
Burada konaklayacak olanlara tavsiyemiz: Kahvaltıyı mutlaka dahil alın. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi çeşit bol, sunum özenli ve her şey çok lezzetliydi.
Ayrıca, otelin 3 odadan bize güzel bogaz manzaralı bir oda (ücretsiz upgrade) tahsis ettiği için özellikle teşekkür ederiz. Maalesef kaldigimiz diger odalarin manzarasi insaata bakiyordu.

Cons:

Otele girişte bekleme süresi biraz uzun sürdü. Normalde otele gelen müşterilere şerbet ikram ediyorlarmış. Bize de lobide beklememizi ve biraz şerbetle serinleyebileceğimizi söylediler. Gerçekten de serinlemek için soğuk bir şeye ihtiyacımız vardı, bu yüzden sabırla şerbetleri bekledik.
Ancak uzun bir bekleyişin sonunda şerbetin kalmadığını, onun yerine soğuk kahve getirebileceklerini söylediler. Soğuk kahveleri de uzun bir süre bekledik. Sonunda kahvelerimizi içtik, ancak odaya çıkabilmek için yaklaşık 30-35 dakika beklemek zorunda kaldık.
Genel olarak otelden çok memnun kaldık; ancak girişte yaşanan bu uzun bekleme süreci maalesef biraz deneyimimizi olumsuz etkiledi.

Pros:

Excellent location. Rooms are great for families.

Cons:

During breakfast, the staff would just pick up your plates, assuming you had finished, even when the glasses were half full. Only negative, but overall an excellent hotel and location.

Pros:

breakfast was good but the waiters/waitresses not very helpful. For some we had to remind the orders several times. They were not very friendly. Some female waitresses were acting as they are our bosses. They were not coming to our table but if we were trying to call them by raising hand to seek their attention they were just ignoring as they don't see us. We had paid for 13 days of breakfast for the whole family of 6 people. If we had not paid in advance we would not go the restaurant for breakfast after the first 2-3 days.

Cons:

Light of the rooms were darker, could have been more bright. In addition we suggest there shall be parking facility for guests staying for longer time. We booked one of the most expensive rooms but we had to pay additional fee for the parking on daily basis (they had their own on site parking facility). This could be considered as a complimentary I believe. Wifi was getting disconnected frequently and we had to put the details every time. The internet was also slower.
