The hotel is in a great location, especially for tourists, it made getting around and exploring the city really easy. The staff were amazing, so friendly and super helpful. A special mention to Alina Macovei, who helped us on our first day by explaining where we could go, how to get around, what transport to take and what was worth seeing. It made such a difference!
I also loved the little itinerary/information provided in the room. It was a lovely touch and made us feel like the hotel had really thought about their guests and wanted to make our stay easier.
The rooms were always clean, which was another big plus. The only downside for us was that we had interconnecting rooms with single beds in both rooms. As a family with young children, this wasn’t the most comfortable setup, but we managed.
