Lo que más destacaría es el trato del personal. Desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Da gusto encontrarse con gente que trabaja con esa profesionalidad y cercanía.
La ubicación también es un punto muy fuerte del hotel. Está muy bien conectado, con transporte público cerca y en una zona tranquila, lo que permite moverse fácilmente por Lisboa y volver a descansar sin el bullicio de las zonas más turísticas, con todos los servicios necesarios cerca.
Las instalaciones estaban cuidadas, la habitación era cómoda y todo estaba limpio y en buen estado.
Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable para alojarse en Lisboa. Si volvemos a la ciudad, repetiremos sin pensarlo.

. El desayuno era bastante pobre. y no fueron muy diligentes en reponer lo que se acababa. El ayudarnos con las maletas era como un extra.
Simplemente esperaba bastante más. Hubo que pagar la factura total 6 días antes, cuando ponía que se pagaría al final, etc..

El estacionamiento
The staff were very accommodating. We were initially placed in a rather small room. Upon request we were moved to a more comfortable one. The bathroom was comfortable and well appointed, towels changed daily, and the room was kept very clean.
Nothing, really, other than the location was not as direct when using public transportation to downtown areas.

Excelente estadia em Lisboa! O hotel tem uma ótima localização, muito perto do metro e com fácil acesso ao centro de Lisboa. O quarto era bastante espaçoso, confortável, limpo e silencioso.
O pequeno almoço tinha boa variedade e os funcionários foram sempre simpáticos e prestáveis.
Destaco também a relação qualidade/preço, que achei muito boa para a zona. Voltaria sem dúvida numa próxima visita!
Não houve nada de relevante que não tivesse gostado. A estadia correspondeu totalmente às expectativas.
