Le personnel sympathique, l'emplacement idéal, la propreté, le petit-déjeuner très bon et conséquent, les services compris dans la réservation ! Hôtel que je recommande fortement !

Cons:

L'accès à la salle de bain : la porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas parce que c'est une sorte de porte de placard qui fait aussi porte de salle de bain.
L'accès en voiture à l'hôtel : aucune indication de si on peut passer en voiture dans cette zone en raison des limitations ZTL

Hotel consigliato per la struttura e la posizione, non per i servizi di ristorazione

La struttura è molto bella, con un'architettura e un arredamento ricercati e originali. La camera era ampia, confortevole e ben arredata. Ottima anche la posizione, in pieno centro, con la comodità di un parcheggio privato coperto.

Cons:

La struttura è gradevole, ma l'esperienza è stata fortemente penalizzata dai servizi di ristorazione, che rappresentavano uno dei motivi principali della nostra scelta.
A causa della pioggia avevamo programmato di trascorrere la serata in hotel, approfittando del bar e del ristorante, come presentati sul sito. Purtroppo il ristorante era chiuso "fino a data da destinarsi", senza che ciò fosse stato comunicato prima della prenotazione.
Anche il servizio bar è stato deludente: il personale si lamentava continuamente del lavoro, ci è stato detto che erano disponibili solo pochi cocktail classici e, ordinando un Negroni, uno degli ingredienti mancava. Anziché informarci e proporre un'alternativa, il cocktail è stato preparato modificando la ricetta senza alcuna comunicazione. Inoltre, non è stato servito alcun accompagnamento, nemmeno un semplice snack.
La colazione è risultata molto essenziale, ben al di sotto delle aspettative per una struttura di questo livello.
Al momento del check-out abbiamo fatto presente alla reception quanto accaduto. La risposta è stata che la gestione del bar e del ristorante è affidata a una società esterna e che erano già state ricevute altre segnalazioni, ma che non potevano fare nulla. Pur comprendendo che il servizio sia esternalizzato, dal punto di vista dell'ospite l'hotel resta comunque il referente dell'esperienza complessiva. Sarebbe stato apprezzato almeno un gesto di attenzione nei confronti del cliente, come un piccolo sconto o un'altra forma di cortesia.
Se fossimo stati informati in anticipo dell'indisponibilità del ristorante e del livello limitato dei servizi bar, avremmo scelto un'altra struttura. Una comunicazione più trasparente al momento della prenotazione eviterebbe sicuramente situazioni come questa.

Beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean, with very helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel. Very central for the main area and old town, although it's about a 20 min walk to get to the beach area. Very modern tasteful accommodation. Thoroughly recomend.
