Brilliant location
Nothing -rooms were filthy and no aircon
The grounds
How r.un down the place is and how expensive it was for a very basic and boring room
Hotel grounds were lovely
Beautiful setting, nice an quiet
Nice big room but unfortunately the widows wouldn’t open and it was really warm
Didn’t use the spa facilities as this was extra to your stay
Large rooms. Clean and tidy and beautiful grounds
No water to drink on the hottest day of the year
Place was lovely picturesque lovely rooms
Was a bit of a pain to get to as a road was closed and we thought the price included spa and treatments
Lovely location - rooms nice
Not enough staff on the bar
This is a hotel in DESPERATE need of some updating and investment.
No hot water. No A/C. No Soap/Shower Gel. Slow food and when it arrived, virtually inedible. Shower that sounded like a Lancaster bomber on take off. The list goes on…

Very good and lovely surroundings. Breakfast lovely and staff always eager to please.
Large room, with great bathroom.
Miles from anywhere. We thought we were staying in Manor House. Rooms separate out the back. Hotel Entrance hard to find. Poor signage. Staff average.
Falsely advertised
La atención por parte de la recepcionista fue excelente. Las instalaciones de la piscina son un plus.
La imagen del edificio no sé corresponde con donde te alojas, da lugar a confusion
Great location, was good value for the money, would stay here again
Spa invited children into the pool was not the chilled relaxed adult vibe we was hoping for. Maybe have dedicated hours for children or let guests know at the spa reception and then we could of made a decision of whether to proceed with using the spa
Very nice hotel with good facilities for children
Bedroom was clean where we stayed but we had to drive to the family's room in converted stables. The room upstairs in this self contained unit was extremely hot even though the hotel provided fans. Toilet also smelt of sewerage.
We picked the hotel because it had a swimming pool. It was never mentioned in the description of the hotel that you needed to pay £12 per person per session and children's swimming time was from 5 pm until 7 pm just when the family arrived on one of the hottest days.
The hotel and grounds are stunning the staff helpful and friendley i will visit again so peacful and relaxing
Nothing all was very good
Lovely location
No electricity when we arrived, so was told we couldn’t get into our room, as they couldn’t tell us the code and the code from booking.com didn’t work. Eventually got in but still no electricity until we got back at 10:30 pm
