No tiene TV inteligente. La internet es muy mala.
Le personnel est très attentif, j'ai bénéficié d'un sur classement, lors du déjeuner, étant avec des béquilles, le personnel m'a donné une importante aide et attentif à mon bien être.
A la piscine, Abdou et Moschin, sont vraiment super.
Le personnel la disponibilité en cas de soucis rapidité réactivité ! serviable que soit à l’accueil ou au bar de la piscine ou au petit dej le matin top ! La piscine avec les transats autour c’est très propre , le jardin magnifique, la nourriture du bar de dehors excellent rapport qualité prix .
On se sent à l’aise , dès le départ, c’est très « famille » je dirais. On valide l’emplacement mais excellent, le centre commercial le plus proche 10 minutes à pied. Le plus loin 20 minutes à pied ( situé à gueliz où vous trouverez tout ) les restaurants proches à pied c’est max 15 minutes en taxi c’est encore plus rapide. Mais si vous aimez marcher c’est très bien situé donc.
Alors les chambres pas modernes, il faudrait les rénover que se soit la salle de bain ( surtout ) . Il faudrai plus de personnel de ménage pour que le ménage des chambres sois fait à fond , j’étais déçu de revenir de voir que le ménage n’était ps à fond, il y’avait tjs de la poussières parterre les salles de bain du calcaire etc sa sentais pas les produits ménager… dommage .
Pour le prix pour moi sa ne vaut pas non plus, car que le petit dej dans un hôtel pas moderne franchement voila !
Par contre le lit très bien ! Super confortable, que se soit matelas oreiller top !
Un superbe établissement, le personnel est très accueillant et agréable, la nourriture est bonne, les chambres sont propres et confortables, la piscine et le jardin sont très agréables. Le centre est à une trentaine de minutes à pied.

The best part was the amazing staff and how attentive and friendly they are. They go above and beyond, especially the snack bar staff.
Can be noisy at times from other rooms, WiFi does drop out frequently but when it’s on it is fast.
The bungalow was spacious and very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent and definitely one of the highlights.
The fridge in the bungalow was quite noisy, so I had to unplug it, and the Wi-Fi signal did not reach the bungalows. I also urgently requested an iron upon arrival and was repeatedly told I would receive it “in 5 minutes,” but I never received it during my stay. It would have been better to simply inform me that no iron was available.
L emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel et leurs professionnalisme, surtout à Kawtar , pour nous avoir surclassé suite à un ptit problème dans notre chambre et nous a installé dans un bungalow, avec un accès dans le magnifique jardin de l hôtel, quel plaisir de se réveiller avec le bruit des oiseaux.
Un grand merci au personnel du snack et de la piscine, toujours une petite intention et un petit mot gentil. Pour moi j était chez des amis,

On apprecie toujours les jardins, piscines et espaces de l’hôtel. Le personnel est à l’écoute et souriant.
Les murs entre les chambres ne sont pas super épais.
