Accueil charmant des réceptionnistes ,l'hotel est un peu vieillot ,les ascenseurs aussi,la chambre est bien équipée,
Petit plus en arrivant une assiette de douceurs sucrées vous attends dans la chambre .
Le buffet du petit déjeuner ,parfait avec beaucoup de choix ,nous l'avons pris au calme au bord de la piscine ,l'intérieur est assez bruyant .
N'hésitez pas à aller tester les massages , Au top pour un moment à soi .

Al enkele keren geweest maar het ontbijt moet echt wat geupdate worden. Is heel basic en wordt niet snel aangevuld. Je moet elke keer naar wat vragen.

Tour group booking and 2 nights private booking.
Pros:

I booked as a private booking for 2 nights and stayed for 2 nights as part of a hiking tour group.

Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything i needed. Towels and bedding were clean and bed was comfortable.

Water provided on arrival when a private booking for the first night but not for the second night but not as part of the tour group which seemed a little odd but you can buy water from the bar. Kettle didn't work when I booked in with the tour group but was quickly replaced.

Toiletries provided for each day and staff refreshed the rooms daily. Staff were all very nice, very warm and welcoming. Restaurant on site provided a comprehensive breakfast included and a buffet style dinner service. Pool was warm and cleaned regularly and grounds were lovely. I didn't use the spa/gym facilities but they were available and maintained to a high standard from what I could see.

Close to the airport, no issues with noise and common areas were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel was lovely and I have no complaints. It may be helpful to provide a map of the area...I know we all have maps on our phones but I had some issues with my phone, data and maps and would have made use of a paper map if it had been available.

The decor is dated in bedrooms and bathrooms are worn looking. Some areas, like flat roofs, look dirty and unkept. No kettle in

I am hesitant about staying at this property in the future
Cons:

The following should have been much better
- functioning elevators
- fully-functioning WiFi
- fix items in the bathroom that are loose and coming off the wall
- clean and sanitize and remove the mold in the bathroom
- fix the key cards where they are not deactivated frequently
- we had an Ant problem and had to change rooms

nous avons été surclassé en suite vu piscine donc parfait ! la chambre était spacieuse et la literie était confortable. Le petit dejeuné était assez varié, il aurait peut etre été bien d'avoir davantage de choix sur les spécialités marocaines proposées, sinon tout etait tres bien !

Il n'y a qu'un restaurant...buffet.

La habitación ni fu ni fa, un poco antigua pero eso sí la cama y las almohadas bastante cómodas

Cons:

Siempre nos dejaban sin toallas limpias y el servicio de limpieza pasa bastante tarde 5-6 de la tarde por lo cual si te quieres duchar por la mañana tienes que ir a buscar a la limpiadora y pedirle toallas, el buffet del desayuno deja mucho que desear la verdad, no está mal pero es bastante escaso y 0 producto local
