Underrated hotel - a very pleasant stay, thanks to all the staff
Pros:

A very pleasant & comfortable hotel with lovely staff. The food was excellent in variety & quality - we stayed half board & even as a vegetarian there was plenty of choice. The garden & pool area was a highlight, with table tennis too & there were large comfortable lounge & bar areas to watch the football. Location was relatively quiet and walkable to the Medina in around 20 mins. Air con excellent. Gym available but didn’t use.

Cons:

Wifi was very patchy & unreliable. 3 networks available but only 2 seemed to work & then were unreliable. TV channels in room were very limited. 1 english speaking & was BBC news. Fresh bottled water in room each day would have been a nice but only provided on arrival. Some drink included with half board dinner would have been thoughtful - e.g. the moroccan tea served at breakfast.

Très bon séjour, je reviendrai !
Pros:

Ambiance familiale, service au top et très bien placé dans la ville

Cons:

Les canapé (sdeder) du duplex sont très dur pour dormir, la literie du haut est top.

Pros:

Leuk hotel, mooie tuin en zwembad

Cons:

Locatie is niet dichtbij bezienswaardigheden dus je bent afhankelijk van een taxi wat wel jammer is. Er is niet eens een winkel in de buurt

Personnel de la piscine juste génial personnel de l’hôtel sont top
Pros:

Les personnel qui s’occuper de l’espace piscine Mouhcine et Abdo était juste formidable avec nous c’est bien grâce à eux que l’on est rester la famille et moi dans cet hôtel la
Et notamment les personnels de la reception qui on essayer de toujours nous trouver une solution

Cons:

La climatisation était vraiment négative les chambre pas digne d’un 5 étoile et le buffet petite déjeuner à revoir aussi pour un 4 étoile les qualité son vraiment bas

Hotel a 2km della medina.Ottomi i servizi soprattutto la piscina con il bar. Bidet .

Pros:

La proximité au centre-ville, le personnel de l'accueil très gentil et sociable. Les différents vigiles devant la porte très respectueux.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner pas varié dommage et le personnel à la piscine aucun service concernant l'installation du parasol et de la serviette. Pour un hôtel pourtant autant d'étoiles c'est le minimum en terme service.

Pros:

Les personnes qui travaillent là-bas sont très agréables et d’une gentillesse, que ce soit à l’accueil ou les gens de la piscine
J’avais fait tomber une chaîne en or, qui me tenait énormément à cœur et la dame de l’accueil, la retrouver et puis me la donnait
Je suis vraiment très reconnaissante, le séjour a été parfait que des personnes agréables et respectueuse
