De zorg en liefde voor onze viervoeter was heel bijzonder. Sowieso was het personeel erg servicegericht en vriendelijk.

Cons:

In het restaurant was het team wat aan de jonge kant, waardoor er soms wat chaos ontstond en de service wat te wensen overliet. Toch was het personeel allervriendelijkst en losten ze problemen ook in no time op.

All in all, a most disappointing experience.
Pros:

From the outside a beautiful building - but that is where it ends.

Cons:

The worst breakfast we have eaten at any hotel. Stone cold bacon, sausage and potatoes and when this was pointed out, just a shrug. Dinner the previous evening had to be sent back as once again, stone cold. No where to drop off luggage and had to walk some distance from an underground car park to reach the hotel. The first room we were taken to was stifling - no window opened in the room and AC not working. Second room was an improvement. Lighting in the room was poor. Reception area was scruffy - looked as though an event had taken place but no one had bothered to tidy up.

Die Zentrale und ruhige Lage zur Innenstadt. Grösse und Lage (oberstes Stockwerk) der Zimmer. Parking vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Personal bemüht sich die Gäste freundlich zu Empfangen. Allerdings werden mehr Standardfloskeln angewendet statt auf den Gast einzugehen. Beim Frühstück wird man an einen Tisch 'gezwungen' obwohl 90 % der Tische frei sind, welche später dann doch alle vergeben werden.. Freundlich wird man gefragt, was man gerne zu trinken wünsche - mit dem Hinweis folgend, dass man die Getränke sich an den Maschinen selber besorgen solle. Mir kommt es vor, wie man Gäste anspricht, welche zum ersten Mal ein Frühstücksbuffet antreffen...
Eine Dusche mit Einstieg in die Badewanne ist für ein solches Hotel nicht mehr zeitgemäss.
Zimmerreinigung bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt muss extra bestellt werden. Steht auf einem Zettel, welcher auf einem Beistelltisch im Zimmer liegt.
Duscheshampoo bei Ankunft leer.

slechts 1 nacht, maar het was comfortabel.
Pros:

alles was aanwezig in de badkamer, het licht was goed.
het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.
de locatie ligt gunstig tov de autoweg, korte aanrijtijd.

Cons:

Het restaurant was zeer matig! de kok kan zich beter houden aan eenvoudig, maar goed, ipv ingewikkelde
zaken die echt nergens op leken.

Ein rundum gelungenes, kinderfreundliches Hotel mit großen Zimmern, toller Lage und einem außergewöhnlich guten Frühstüc

Das Hotel hat uns rundum begeistert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und großzügig, die Lage ist hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren ausgesprochen freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich gute und vielfältige Frühstück. Auch die Kinderfreundlichkeit hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns als Familie rundum wohlgefühlt.

Good experience once we got there
Pros:

Comfortable and spacious accessible room, pleasant surroundings, great staff and decent breakfast.

Cons:

Had a really difficult journey to reach this hotel as all the local roads were closed for a festival which the hotel hadn't been informed about and which brought Metz centre to a halt. (Bear this in mind if you are planning to stay in the last weekend of August). Staff assisted us get through, negotiating directly with Police and were very helpful indeed. Overall was on the pricey side.
