Perfect location friendly staff
Pros:

The location was excellent the hotel was very clean & I liked the automatic blinds that you could operate from the bed.

Cons:

It would be nice if the rooms had tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom ie kettle.

Cons:

Terza volta che frequento la struttura, ma questa volta sono rimasta delusa. Non sono stata informata che la camera si trovasse al piano non restaurato, a differenza di una delle 2 precedenti prenotazioni. Se lo stile rétro può essere accettabile, la mancanza di manutenzione in un hotel 4 stelle non lo è:

Vetro del terrazzo rotto.

Anta del minibar instabile.

Rubinetteria ossidata

Pessima pulizia del termosifone in bagno.

Peccato, perché il letto è eccellente e i servizi set cortesia sono buoni. La direzione dovrebbe però essere trasparente sulla qualità delle camere assegnate e curare di più l'igiene dei dettagli.

Bellissimo hotel sul mare
Pros:

Personale molto preparato e disponibile, pronto a dare soluzioni alternative per i massaggi. Colazione buonissima, abbondante e varia. Finalmente un hotel che lascia ancora le ciabattine
