Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, disponible et à l'écoute.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et varié, avec de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts. Mention spéciale pour les fruits, qui étaient vraiment excellents !
L'emplacement est également idéal : l'hôtel est proche des principaux monuments, des restaurants et de tout ce qu'il faut pour découvrir la ville facilement à pied.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Cons:

S'il fallait vraiment trouver un petit bémol, ce serait l'isolation : on entend parfois les voisins rentrer dans leur chambre ainsi que quelques bruits de canalisations.

Cela reste toutefois assez compréhensible compte tenu de l'ancienneté du bâtiment, qui possède justement beaucoup de charme et de caractère. Au final, ce petit désagrément n'a absolument pas gâché notre séjour !

I loved my stay in Petit Palace Santa Cruz. The traditional ambience was so beautiful, very clean, in the center of the old city, easy to move around by walking and a lot of things to do. The staff extremely helpful for whatever you might need. Lovely addition the free coffee and water all day. Thank you for making my stay so lovely, for sure I will return.
