Central location. Very clean hotel, good-sized rooms, comfy beds, essential air con in room. Friendly staff. There is plenty of choice for breakfast, and free coffee between 11-1pm was a lovely touch

This was a lovely hotel in a great location. Walking distance to everywhere. Would recommend. Very narrow streets to get there but our Uber driver did a great job. Friendly staff, air conditioning, nice room.
The location is great being only a 5-10 min walk to the Cathedral and right in the hub of the key tourist attractions of the city. The breakfast was excellent, the room was modern, clean and had plenty of storage space with a balcony as well as good air con. I would defiantly recommend this hotel
Nothing not to like,
Really hard to review this hotel, because we had a wonderful two thirds of the stay, and the customer service dealing with our issue was really lacking - not from the front of house staff but when we escalated the issue. I can say the hotel was clean, a great location for exploring and dining, and the front of house staff were all lovely. The streets outside are a little noisy in the evenings, but we thought it added to the city atmosphere and wasn't constant.
The issue was they have a new system of cards for rooms, and unforunately on the last night we were locked out of our room for 3 hours with a child. My sister had an early flight, and although they offered us a room to sit after 2 hours of sitting in the hallway - we were very inconvenienced. It wasn't anyones fault, and the front of house staff offered us all a free breakfast and a later check out, which we gladly accepted. Unfortunately, during the later check out, the same thing happened again, and after an hour in the hall again, we got back in and decided to check out in case our stuff got stuck and we couldn't go to the airport. I contacted the hotel once we were home as I felt that this had really affected the end of of our 3 day trip, and the management were really quite difficult and unmovable, saying we had been offered a different room to keep (which we hadn't) which left a bit of a sour taste. So a hotel I would have recommended, but if something goes wrong, don't expect too much - which is a shame.
