¡Estancia estupenda!
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta. Cerca del casco histórico con todo a un paso. Se pueden alquilar bicicletas en el hotel. Personal muy amable. Habitación 109 preciosa y tranquila con un balcón fenomenal. Desayuno excelente. Gracias especialmente a Amina por su cariño y cercanía. ¡Muy recomendable!

Excellent location
Pros:

Very welcoming staff, helpful and personable. Pleasant room with a window overlooking the internal courtyard. Comfy beds. Had a shower over the bath. They changed towels daily.
Wide range of breakfast items. Very good. Great location for walking to main sights, Cathedral, Alcaraz, Setas, the river, Plaza de Espana. So many good restaurants only a few minutes away. Quiet peaceful hotel.
Would recommend

Cons:

I would have preferred a larger walk in shower. However, I could have paid for a higher spec room. Also the window was internal, it did have a bonus of the room being very quiet.

Excellent location away from tourist hotspots. excellent front desk staff, very informative and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet needs more variety, provide for dairy-free e.g. margarina, fried eggs. Breakfast staff not good with service, efficiency or knowledge. Useful to train staff to manage 2-3 common languages given the international guests.

Beaucoup apprécié la ville et moins la difficulté de s’y retrouver dans les petites rues du secteur.
Pros:

Particulièrement les petits déjeuners. La beauté de l’entrée et du ré déchaussée. Le calme .

Cons:

La petitesse de la chambre et mon incapacité à utiliser le coffre fort . Et surtout mais ce n’est pas la responsabilité de l’hôtel, le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de stationnement à proximité. Ce fut un clavaire d’en trouver un à 15 minutes de marche.
