Pros:

It is a very beautiful hotel, clean and the breakfast is good. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city.

Cons:

When we were booking it says parking is available, at no point did they say there was a charge for this. We had to pay €30 euro a night so total €60 additional charge, had we known this we would have hired the car after our stay before we moved onto the next location. This should be told to customers when booking. Second issue, the room was so bright, there was a light on the hotel building right outside our room and the curtain didn’t cover so it was very bright in the room from 4am onwards.

Pros:

It was a dynamite location. The rooms were spacious bed was not very comfortable. The rooms get serviced between three and six, and that is ideal for us. We are not early risers.

Cons:

We were on the first floor, which is only accessible by steps and no one was on staff to be able to help us with our luggage up or down.

Labai patogi lokacija,švaros ir kokybės pojūtis. Labai draugiškas personalas registratūroje. Su šypsena atsakė maloniai į visus klausimus,buvo paslaugios. Viešbučio kambarys švarus,šviesus. Lovos labai patogios, viskas tiesiog puiku. Apsistoju ne pirmą kartą.

Pusryčių personalas. Ryte atėjome pusryčiauti vėliau,tačiau puikiai tilpome į pusryčių intervalą, tačiau atėjusi padavėja pasakė,kad tuoj jie užsidarys,baigiasi pusryčiai ir pasakė: gal galite greičiau? Tai kažkaip ši patirtis buvo nemaloni,juolab,kad šalia sedėjo daugiau žmonių,kuriems nieko nesakė. O visa kita labai viskas gerai ir nuostabiai. Rekomenduoju

Cons:

Atvykus į vietą, susimokėjome už parkingą 30eur. Buvo tik viena vieta personalo skyriuje, aiškiai įspėjome, kad čia pasistatėme, personalui tai tiko, tačiau 3:30h nakties, gavome 3 įkyrius skambučius, kad patrauktume automobilį, manau tai visiškai neadekvatu. Taip pat 7:00 viešbutyje kaukė sirenos, tai apie tinkama poilsį galima pamiršti. Iš personalo nebuvo net kalbos apie kokias nuolaidas...
