La posizione ottima per esplorare il centro. Ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni a portata di piede

Non sono solito dare giudizi negativi agli hotel ma questo è uno di quei casi che merita una recensione puntuale. L'accoglienza in hotel è stata fredda e oltremodo scortese (comprensibile approfondendo la cultura locale, ma non giustificabile per chi svolge lavori di front office). Siamo stati alloggiati all'esterno del corpo principale dell'hotel in una sorta di depandance riadattata al primo piano senza ascensore (cosa di cui non eravamo stati avvertiti). Abbiamo dovuto trascinare le valige per le scale senza che l'hotel si premurasse di offrirci un aiuto. Uno di noi aveva problemi ad un ginocchio e conseguente moderata difficoltà a fare le scale e quindi, alla richiesta del cambio di stanza, anche pagando per un upgrade, sempre scortesemente, la receptionist ci ha comunicato che non avevano altre stanze. Mettendoci su internet abbiamo visto che altre stanze erano disponibili sul sito dell'hotel e ne abbiamo prenotata un'altra nel corpo centrale, utilizzandole entrambe. Per la prima colazione chi alloggiava nella 'dependanche' era costretto ad uscire all'esterno dell'hotel per entrare, attraversando un piazzale adibito a parcheggio, nel corpo principale. La prima colazione presentava scarsa scelta, senza etichette (quindi senza poter comprendere cosa ci fosse nei contenitori) e con una qualità dubbia (il gusto di alcuni alimenti non era lo stesso da un giorno all'altro). Tovagliette centrotavola dall'aspetto consunto e con macchie non meglio identiticate. Il personale addetto alle colazioni sempre scortese e poco collaborativo. Le 4 stelle che l'hotel vanta non garantiscono location e servizi di qualità coerente.

Bello se sei fortunato con la stanza
Pros:

La posizione centrale e la possibilità di parcheggio interno. La nostra stanza si trovava nel corpo centrale, scelta obbligata per questo hotel.

Cons:

La sala colazioni tetra e con dei runner ai tavoli sporchi. La coppia di amici con la quale viaggiavano ha dovuto dormire in una stanza ricavata nella zona parcheggio dove mancava persino l’ascensore.

Ikke fået forklaret at man skulle hænge skilt på døren hvis man ønskede rene håndklæder, rengøring mm.
Så kom hjem til våde håndklæder uredt seng, mm

Хорошее месторасположение. Маленький был но чистый номер «под крышей»:))
На ресепшене девушка хоть и не очень хорошо, но говорила по русски. Завтраки хорошие. В номере бесплатно бутылка воды. (Вид из окна в моем фото)

Meillä oli ylimmän kerroksen huone, jossa oli upea maisema parvekkeelta. Muutenkin hotelli oli todella viihtyisä ja henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä.

Cons:

Vesiputkien eritys oli olematon, eli kohina oli melkoinen jos jossain käytiin suihkussa tms. Kylpyhuoneen lavuaari todella pieni. Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta siellä oli koko ajan jotain lopussa (astioita, tarjottavia jne.), eli odotteluun meni paljon aikaa. Mutta näistä puutteista huolimatta menisin hotelliin ehdottomasti uudestaan.

Cons:

Appena arrivati in camera troviamo in bagno asciugamani sporchi. Occorrono due richieste per aver il cambio dopo 4 ore.
La moquette a terra non la vedevo da anni, così come un unico dispenser per i saponi in bagno. Non sarebbe stato un problema se la stanza fosse stata pulita giornalmente. Dopo varie richieste solo alla terza sera abbiamo avuto il piacere di vedere un minimo di pulizia a terra e addirittura il letto risistemato per bene, le altre volte avevano semplicemente tirato su il piumone, senza sistemare i cuscini o simili amenità che in 10 alberghi di 10 capitali quest’anno abbiamo sempre riscontrato.
Quando il terzo giorno abbiamo ritrovato nuovamente asciugamani sporche e le abbiamo portate al desk ci è stato detto che non erano sporche, ma … solo macchiate.
Evidentemente la differenza tra una standard e una camera superiore determina anche trattamento e pulizia differente.
Dimenticavo: occorreva sempre richiedere le bustine di caffe, lo zucchero, il tè , i cucchiaini perché lo dimenticavano. La standard col bollitore la superior con le cialde.
Concludo scrivendo che nella mia vita ho alloggiato in tenda, in ostelli, in alberghi di tutti i tipi. Forse con un po di cortesia e un minimo di attenzione e di sollecitudine si sarebbero evitati questa recensione
