女友達と行ったので、予約時にシングル２台のベッドを希望したが、当日までわからないという回答だった。
チェックイン後、ダブルベッドだったので、変更を希望したが、無理だといわれた。
５泊中の３泊目に可能だと言われたが、動くのが面倒だったので、同じ部屋に留まった。

Will certainly stay there again.
Pros:

The best location possible - right in the heart of the Old Town, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room really spacious and tastefully decorated. Special thanks for upgrading it, we made the most of the terrace with a beautiful view.

The hotel is in the center.

Very unfriendly staff.
The room was located in a separate building from the main hotel, and getting there required using a very dangerous, steep, low, and narrow staircase. The room was quite cold, and there was no air conditioner that could provide heating. Cleanliness was at a very poor level. The shower could not be adjusted properly.
Overall, the stay was disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel.

During check-in, I found the receptionist trainee’s communication style to be unprofessional and rude. Some personal questions made me uncomfortable and when I expressed that I preferred not to answer and requested to speak with a manager, I was ignored.

I was also charged the local fee twice, despite staying for only one night as a single guest.

The room was generally clean but there were some areas that could be improved. I noticed dust in parts of the room, the toilet cleanliness was average and some basic amenities such as a shower cap and toothpaste were not provided.

Additionally, I requested an iron, which was delivered to my room. Unfortunately, it appeared rusty and left marks on my white clothing.

I would not be able to recommend this hotel at this time.
