Excellent overall experience, with only a few minor concerns that could easily be addressed.
Cons:

There were two minor issues during our stay:

* The kids’ pool was not consistently clean and appeared to need better daily maintenance.
* One waiter (who appeared to work the morning shift) repeatedly tried to engage my six-year-old son in conversation during breakfast every day of our stay, as well as during our previous stay the week before. I am sure he meant well, but my son has a speech impairment and requires a more sensitive approach. He became visibly uncomfortable and consistently chose not to respond. While I was able to manage the situation, it became frustrating that the waiter continued trying to joke with him every time he saw us despite my son’s clear reaction. On more than one occasion, two of the waiter’s colleagues even told him to stop bothering my son, but he continued the behavior.

Hübsches Hotel( im Moment mit Baustelle) mit sehr gutem Service.
Pros:

Die renovierten Zimmer sind in einem gutem Zustand , wenn auch mit leicht angeschlagenen Möbeln, und sauber.
Die Zimmer sind mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Fön , Wasserkocher in Kaffeenische und Bügelstation ausgestattet.
Das Personal ist gut geschult,aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.
Der Pool ist sehr hűbsch, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen,mit Wasserfall und Jacuzzi Whirlpool in der Mitte.

Cons:

Die Hälfte des Hotels wird gerade renoviert und steht somit nicht zur Verfügung,was bei der Buchung nicht bekannt gegeben wurde.
Die Qualität des Essens ist okay, aber nichts für Gourmets. Der Kaffee zum Frùhstűck ist nicht genießbar.
Es ist definitiv keine 5 Sterne wert, eher4.

Recieption employees don’t work,they don’t respond to any order and they didn’t give us the right rooms. We asked for slippers and brush and they didn’t give us. Also parking even you reserve room you have to pay
