Very friendly and helpful staff, near pyramids
Pros:

The staff are incredible and attentive. Every single staff member goes out of their way to help and ensure the experience is fantastic.
The location is very close to the GEM and the pyramids.
The pool is great for kids.
The rooms are comfortable and they have good soundproofing.

Cons:

The exterior needs some updating including the pool area, but all was very comfortable.

The Reception " Ahmed Bahaa" was very kind and patient with all my questions , and he was trying to make our stay comfortable. I would like to thank him.
Also the food was amazing.. Especially the Breakfast.. the chef "Rajdip Ghosh"was asking everyone to make sure they have a good time and asking about the food so I like that he cares about the Hotel's guests. Sure im gonna back again 🤍.

The excellent service provided by the breakfast team, who were always friendly and attentive. The lifeguards were attentive and professional, and the bellboy was especially helpful. He noticed that we were having difficulty carrying our luggage during check-out and immediately offered assistance without being asked.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we did not receive a warm welcome or any orientation of the property. We were unexpectedly asked to move to another building without being escorted or given clear directions, which made the arrival experience confusing and inconvenient.

When we entered the room, my entire family immediately started sneezing due to what appeared to be excessive dust or an unpleasant smell in the room. This created a poor first impression and raised concerns about the room's cleanliness and air quality.

The room was also not adequately stocked with amenities, and we had to request additional items. Unfortunately, our requests were never properly acknowledged or followed up on, which left us feeling overlooked throughout our stay.

Although our in-room dining order arrived on time, the food was cold, which significantly affected the quality of the meal. The club sandwich, in particular, was disappointing and not enjoyable.

We were also disappointed to find that the kids' club was closed, and no one informed us of this in advance, which impacted our plans for the stay.

Overall, the team could be more attentive, proactive, and communicative. Better guest engagement, timely acknowledgment of requests, clearer communication, and greater attention to cleanliness and room readiness would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Pros:

Gut war die Lage des Hotels.
Zudem war die Anlage/das Zimmer im Grossen und Ganzen sauber.
Man hat sich zudem im Resort sicher gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Personal (vor allem das Restaurant) wirkte geldorientiert. Uns wurde zudem vom Putzpersonalaufgeschwatzt, dass wir eine positive Rezession schreiben sollen.
