Pros:

Der Ausblick ist super, sowie die Lage.

Cons:

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung. Es war eine dicke Schicht Staub besonders über dem Bett. Aber auch sonst staubig überall. Fehlende Dichtungen und kein Abfluss des Wassers in der Badewanne während des Duschens. Rissige Wände. Die Ausstattung ist alt und wird nicht repariert. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Zimmer hatte leider keinen Schrank und keine Kommode. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.
Frühstück ist ausreichend, etwas mehr Englischkenntnisse wären gut, so das die Eier wie gewünscht gemacht werden

Cons:

Dusche etwas klein und die Armaturen schwergängig. Wasserdruck im 17 Stock ok. Der türkische Tee wird nur auf direkte Nachfrage in Glastassen serviert, und auch der Tischservice ist nur bedingt vorhanden

I didn’t take breakfast in the hotel

Cons:

The Marmara Pera Hotel is in an excellent location, reasonably priced, and has comfortable rooms. I had previously stayed there twice with my husband, which encouraged me to book it for a third time from September 6 to 11, 2026 (Room 1603).
However, this time I noticed a clear decline in the performance of the front desk staff, which became evident on two occasions:
1. The Bosphorus Night Cruise Booking: Although the booking included round-trip hotel transfers, I was told that transport was not included and that I had to pay an additional €100. I refused and stood my ground, after which they admitted that the transfer was indeed included.
2. The Sightseeing Tour Booking: They booked me for an 8:30 AM tour, despite my clear confirmation that I wanted the 1:30 PM tour. When I objected, I was told I had to pay €100 to change the booking. I refused and was forced to go on the early tour, which was very inconvenient for me.
The hotel manager offered an apology and hosted us for coffee, but this does not change the fact that the hotel treated me carelessly and attempted to charge an unjustified €100 fee on both occasions, which I refused to pay.
I will need to think twice before staying at this hotel again unless they pay better attention to their guests and change the attitude of the front staff

OK hotel for the price
Pros:

Good location, beautiful rooftop bar and pool. Good views from the room with massive windows. Can connect your phone to the TV via Bluetooth

Cons:

No coffee machine in the room, only a kettle and cheap Nescafé sachets. At this price (and a lot cheaper) I’d expect a basic nespresso machine or similar. It’s a high end hotel so no coffee machine is disappointing

Bathroom is small. Water pressure isn’t great. Our overhead shower didn’t work, only the handheld part worked

Pool only open 0830-1730 meaning we couldn’t use it on the one night we were staying. No other spa facilities such as sauna or steam room.

Not the best stay
Pros:

The hotel was nice and the location was very convenient. Beds were very comfortable and bottled water was provided daily which was nice.

Cons:

I didn't like the front desk staff, they didn't speak English which made it was difficult to ask questions and they seemed a little rude to be honest.
