Η συνολική εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ βολική, η εξυπηρέτηση άψογη και οι χώροι ιδιαίτερα καθαροί. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, προσεγμένο και ανταποκρινόταν πλήρως στις προσδοκίες μας.

Cons:

Το πρωινό δεν ανταποκρίνεται ούτε στο επίπεδο του ξενοδοχείου ούτε στην τιμή του πρωινου. Όταν ζητήσαμε espresso ενώ υπήρχε μηχανή, το προσωπικό απλώς μας υπέδειξε τις διαθέσιμες μηχανές τυποποιημενου καφε, χωρίς άλλη εξυπηρέτηση. Επίσης, υπήρχαν μόνο βραστά αυγά και πληροφορηθήκαμε τυχαία από άλλον ένοικο ότι υπήρχε δυνατότητα παρασκευής ομελέτας.

Okay for price but not great

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good

Cons:

The rooms were old and need updating : there were not enough plug sockets and they were not helpfully located - new usb compatible ones by the bed would be better. There was no iron in the room. The shower did not always function well. Restaurant staff were not friendly.

While the hotel benefits from an excellent location and clean rooms, improvements in customer service and room maintenan
Pros:

recently stayed at The Marmara Pera, and while there were some positives, there were also several disappointing aspects.

The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. The cleaning staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and some of the doormen were also friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was decent. While there wasn’t a wide variety of options, the food was good enough and satisfactory.

Cons:

If you’re traveling as a family or in a group, I wouldn’t recommend booking a room for more than two people. Even the family rooms are the same size as the standard rooms and feel far too cramped.

The biggest downside was the customer service. Apart from the lovely housekeeping staff and a few doormen, the reception staff were somewhat rude and unwelcoming during our stay.

It’s also disappointing that some room issues mentioned in previous reviews still haven’t been fixed, making it seem like guest feedback isn’t being addressed.

Pros:

Pera neighborhood very nice to explore.
One block to the Istiklal Ave.
Sishane Metro Stop M2 line > Istklal Metro Exit most conviniant to reach the hotel around 3 min. (Be aware SIshane station has other exit leading to very unpleasant route with many stairs and crossing big bulevard).
The Tunel Funicular aroung 5 min.
The House keeping personel was doing their job well.

Cons:

The property supposed to be 4**** Luxury hotel.
Unfortunatelly, I can't give more than 3***, and sorry but nothing luxury to see.
That was very suprising to discover.
The rooms are basic, outdated, with cheap furniture and no wardrobes.
The Bathroom is crying for renovation.
I got high floor room with Bosphorus view, but was nothing specail.
The pool in the hotel is very small in one corner of the rooftop with 5 guest sunbathing feels crowded already.
If you want better experience from Marmara Hotels stay with Marmara Taksim.

Поставьте в зал хотя бы скамью для жима, стойку для приседа и турник.

Расположение, персонал, вид с бассейна и бара

Cons:

Он не новый, ждать отель вчера построенный не стоит, но он не плохой. Смотря что ждете. Для отдыха на двоих все хорошо. Из плохого- Бассейн маленький, зал тренажерный по сути не зал: 2 дорожки, 1 эллипсоид, скамья, 10 гантелей, 8 блинов, но нет грифа.

Just a very bad experience
Pros:

They told us they gave us the best room but it was the absolute worst. You can hear music loud people feom the roof above just the abaoumte worst experience. I had to be up at 3 for my flight but was woke. Up at midnight with the loud noise!

Cons:

The room had a very bad smell and needed updating! You can embrace every noise people walking people next door.

Las vistas, estuvimos en la planta 15 y eran espectaculares

Cons:

Quisimos alargar estancia porque el vuelo salía por la noche y nos cobraban 150€, es decir la habitación completa
